Rooms are big. Staff was good. Shower had burning hot water and no temperature control, it did not get fixed despite that we requested. Fans in the rooms would help.

CLEAN and MODERN. Fast wifi. Our room was spacious enough. Awesome shower. Quick walk to Lux gardens and pantheon. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Comfy bed. Helpful and polite staff.

A/C had been disabled for the season (Oct 31). Our room got very hot at night and opening the windows was not an ideal solution because the busy road just outside, although single lane and one way, was DEAFENING. Every car and scooter roared past.

Excellent location. Quaint little hotel. Small but comfortable room.

Didn't eat the buffet breakfast as it looked pricey for what was offered for 15E.

Location was great for walking to Seine, Notre Dame and many restaurants/shops for food & wine! The staff was very friendly & helpful with check-in, directions, and check-out (accurate, fast). Room was clean & had A/C, a safe & free WiFi worked. Loved it

Area with toilet was small. But separate sink & shower/tub room was lovely.

We had 2 rooms. One was fantastic and the other was just ok. Had a very musty smell.

It doesn't resemble the pictures at all. A 4-star hotel shouldn't be like this! The carpets in the rooms were filthy! There were body hairs on the ceiling in the bathroom! The cleanliness was appalling! I will definitely complain to the ministry! They were doing work in the room next to ours late at night. They said they were doing it due to a technical problem. This is absolutely unacceptable! The only good thing is the location!The room curtains were disgusting! The glasses were filthy! There was a foul odor coming from the shower areas and shower drains! The carpets absolutely, positively need to be replaced!

The location was excellent and despite being close to the Luxembourg RER B station and a five minute-walk from the Parthenon, it was very quiet. Excellent, helpful staff.

Room only- liked the room however the room is v small

The noise outside in the morning is v loud which is nothing to do with the hotel but deliveries and bin trucks woke us early both mornings

We had 2 rooms. One was fantastic and the other was just ok. Had a very musty smell.

The breakfast and facilities were great and the staff were very helpful. Small boutique hotel. As you would expect in Paris the rooms are very small. It was very highly priced and we were there on peak season. The location wasn’t as close to other landmarks as I would have liked but we were able to catch taxis and metro was also nearby.

Great location about a 5 min walk from RER B, 2 stops from Chatalet-Les Halles. Lots of restaurants, cafes and patisseries nearby and the Luxembourg gardens are very close as well.The water bottle swap station in the lobby was a welcome touch, and the staff were wonderful as well. Not a huge amount of noise from the main roads either.

If you want a hotel that's real close to a Metro station and not RER, or need a desk to work at, this won't be the hotel for you.

Only minor issue was the shower. It tended to leak all over the bathroom floor during use.

I understand Paris rooms are small, but wow. Tiny. Location isn’t great. Although I’ll say that is my fault as it was the first time in Paris. It was close to metro. But area was just mid.

The location of the hotel is excellent and they have some good amenities such as complimentary water, breakfast options, elevator and AC. The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful.

The room for three was far too small for three people, beds were not very comfortable and the bathroom was tiny and needed some updating.
