Pros +
- Good location, near cafes and restaurants, near subway metro.
- Close to train station, female staff members were very friendly and kind.
- The location was fine. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7 AM but there was no one there to prepare it. We were rushing to the airport and very disappointed that we could have coffee and croissant. They charged us E8 for that. There was only one outlet in the room. And the winding staircase was very difficult to maneuver. Their elevator was mid-level. We had to climb several stairs to get to the initial elevator.
Cons -
- Ceiling of bathroom was covered in a dark mold, would not recommend breathing that in for an extended stay. The cleanliness of the hotel is a huge hazard.
- Humidity and fungi in the room and bathroom
- Bedbug infested mattresses. I had numerous bites on my body. We killed many bedbugs at night. After 3 nights, we left the hotel. We had to move into an expensive hotel and spend additional $350 at Hilton Hotel near CDG airportThe elevator was non functioning. We had to climb narrow stairs.Lighting was poor.I want full refund for my stay.I am a loyal "Genius" client of Booking.com since 6 years.

Location
Our room had no accessible outlet to plug in converter for charging phones, hair dryer or hair irons. We had to beg for another room. I checked the 2nd room they were going to give us & same problem. The 3rd room I was shown had 2 outlets but shower head needed replacing & very tiny bathroom. But we took it. Also, elevator stopped on winding stairs between floors , so you had to either carry your luggage up or down the narrow stairs. Also, the elevator didn’t stop at all floors.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood
Room was very small Bathroom door was broken and most of it was missing Inside the bathroom toilet seat was detached from the toilet. Sink, shower and toilet were very close together. There was hardly any space to move
Very close to restaurants, Metro and buses.
Old people cannot stay here with their luggage. The hotel location is fantastic but the hotel needs some renovation. Especially bathrooms .
Location is near the Paris de Nord.
No lift in the building. The rooms are like jailhouse with a jailor at the reception. He orders you to take your 40 kg luggage through the narrow circular staircase by yourself. The luggage room below is stinking and used for storing other items as well and open to everyone without security and no lock. Foul smell in the rooms. Bathroom is horrible with broken shower. You will give up if you paid through booking.com with non refundable option only by seeing their advertisement and photos. I request booking.com to remove this property from their portal to avoid disappointing customers.
The hotel is located near major train stations in Paris.
The hotel is very outdated, there is mold in the rooms, the curtain smells bad, the shower needs repair, the lift does not work. The room seem worst than the photo.
The staff was good. The location was ok for the price
Ok, so i realize that many places in paris do not have air conditioning, as it's rarely needed. However, 100-degree temperatures and only a small fan in the room made for some miserable sleeping conditions. The beds were ok. The stairs were extremely difficult to navigate with luggage, and the elevator was sketchy at best with only enough space for 1 person at a time. Then stopping on half floors, leaving half flight of stairs to navigate in any direction. The location was in a fairly 'not so good' area, but there were some cool places to eat at within a few minutes walking, just be back by dark. This was a last-minute booking as our apartment that was booked for months canceled our reservations 8 hours before arriving, so there was little time to do much research and find a more ideal spot. All in all, the paris portion of the trip was miserable, with the exception of Blossom burgers and beer located a block over from the hotel. The people were awesome, and the food was fantastic!
The location is the only good thing about this place.
The room smelled like open sewage the entire time, walls are paper thin and I heard every *ehem* activity in the rooms next to me... The shower head, apart from being old and broken to the point of affecting pressure, was missing a piece to be held, so showering was very uncomfortable every single time. When I asked at the front desk for help I had two answers: "you must wait until Monday to fix this" and "the smell is normal" — but it was not normal, it smelled like a full portable toilet cooking in the middle of summer. Almost 100€ per night for this treatment and crack hotel is absolutely unacceptable for me.
Value for money. Near to gare du nord and gare du est
The toilet was small, cramped and had water drip leak
There is mold in the windows, the bed is dirty, towels are dirty and the rooms are not clean.
There is mold in the windows, the bed is dirty, towels are dirty and the rooms are not clean. The staff can not help you, the manger was not there and do not answer our emails. Because the room was so bad did the staff promise a refund, but we have not received the refund as promised. Very bad hotel.
The Stuff were very kindThe Hotel is very easy to be foundThe Location is top
The parking is not available The next room to us was very annoying especially in the early morning, openning the door loudly and speaking in floor very loudly.
Fantastic location - basic hotel, that does exactly what it's supposed to do. Comfy bed, not bad breakfast, great staff ?
Does need a bit of a decor update, but that wouldn't put me off booking this place again!!
Very nice location.near to supermarkets and metro stations.the bathroom was so narrowed that you cannot fit.Clean towels are provided. Elevator is ok but if you have elderly people it’s not so good because you have to go through stairs for 3 rd floor or downstairs for 2nd which is difficult for someone with knee problems like my grandma.for us it was ok.the guys in reception were kind and friendly except for one older rude enough when you ask if there is problem with alarm system that started and everyone was in panic.Generally clean and friendly for young people.Lastly ,you listen what is going on to the next room like us that we had a couple fighting 7 in the morning and woke us up all of a sudden.I give a 6/10.
I do not advise this hotel (?) to anybody. The room is at sixth floor. Elevator goes to max 4th. You cannot find a place to walk in the room. There is no utility in the room. The only one is tv which is not working. In fact the building itself is not suitable for a hotel. Anyway I cannot find a positive point. There is more and more to say but I do not spend any more time.
Room was wonderfully dark at night, and noise from outside wasn't bad. WiFi worked very well. Even though the hotel wasn't very central, thought the location was very useful. Clean room, and bed linens seemed very nice.
Suspect the interior walls are thin, but there didn't seem to be anyone next to me much. Very few electrical outlets in the room. Had to move the small desk in order to work with laptop plugged in. Office building across the street overlooked the hotel so I never really wanted to have the curtains open. Elevator very small and so ended up climbing 5 floors to my room a lot. Room small (expected) with very small bathroom. No extras in the room - kettle etc.
Clean, safe, friendly staff, breakfast was good just the basics.
The lift stopping halfway down or down not on the level. You need to use the stair
