Nice bed and spacious restroom.

Make towels available. We were not able to get fresh towels. All soap dispensers were empty.

Very nice and accommodating staff; very clean; close to both train stations and metro; close to Parisienne cafes we enjoyed.

Elevator very small but not unexpected for an older historic building.

The hotel was close to the train station and the metro. We were a little nervous when we got off the train about the area but my husband and I felt comfortable quickly. There were plenty of restaurants in the area.

The front desk manager was a little impatient and we didn¿t feel comfortable asking for anything. We kept the experience light and we have funny memories of our stay.

Loved the staff. Room was larger than I expected, very clean, comfy & welcoming. Great location for access to eurostar and transport into the city. Busy pedestrian area with convenience shops & restuarants/cafes.

I've chosen this hotel among two others due to the clear information " Bike rental is possible on site" - this is not true info, there is no bike rental possible on site or anywhere close to the hotel. Sadly, the receptionist did not help situation in any way, she was trying to convince me that everything is OK and I did not read hotel's description correctly... when showed her description she was still talking - on other subject , but still talking ! I honestly think she never saw that description...She promised me contact me via email regarding this matter ( I left her my email address) - and no surprise here , no contact at all. Breakfasts are very limited, if you show up for breakfast at 9.30 am (breakfasts starts 7 until 10pm) there's almost no food left. However person who cleans after breakfast watch your every move (strange feeling they're watch if you didn't eat too much...) I do not recommend this hotel!

Great location. All members of staff met were really, really lovely. Good soundproof from the street. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Lovely touch with the NUXE shower products and hand soap. Comfortable beds.

The only issue we had, was any internal noise was very loud (which the property can’t really change.) If someone was in the next room you could hear them talking, or walking up the stairs, or the rooms above if they even walked across the room it was very loud and disturbed sleep.

Great location for Gare du Nord. Very helpful staff, both before (sending directions) and during our visit. Room was clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped - excellent shower. Would definitely stay there again.

No real negatives but worth noting that the lift is tiny. 2 people with one large case and it's full.

Great hotel, great location. Imen on the desk was so lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful! Room very clean and comfortable bed.

Corridor outside of the rooms very noisy, can’t really be helped though I suppose! Maybe the doors can close more quietly?

Excellent place to stay between Gare de l'Est & Gare du Nord. The handwritten named welcome note was a nice touch. The soundproofing was great given our room was on a main road. Very comfortable big bed and a larger than expected room. Tastefully decorated too. Very helpful reception team. Definitely recommend.

The lift is very small if more than 1 of you. Really only 1 person and a suitcase size. However I don't mind taking the stairs so not a problem for me!

The front desk staff. Nya was phenomenally kind and helpful, esp when our Uber drive got lost and we were running late for the airport. She talked to him on the phone and came out the door to make sure everything went well once he was there.

Booking's photos and descriptions were very deceptive. We thought our room was supposed to be rather luxurious. Instead it was quite spartan, dark, and smelled bad. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy and the breakfast room was so small that it was difficult to be in there with more than 2 other people. It wasn't worth the pretty high price.

It room size is good, clean and comfortable. And the location is good and closed to the stations.

Bed was large and comfy. Bathroom lovely and clean. Servicing of rooms good.

We were not allowed more than one key card for the room! This was such hard work as friends sharing a room had to come back at the same time, or the solution was to be let in the room by reception, which is weird.There was no milk in the room.

5 minutes walking from Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. The room was ok.The very kind staff made the difference also helping me with my luggage.

Room was large and exceeded expectations. Location was central but night time dod not feel as safe outside of the hotel.

The bed was comfortable despite not being able to sleep due to external noise issues throughout the entire time I was at the hotel.Other provisions such as a kettle and polite staff were a nice touch, but the noise ruined all the positives unfortunately.

Despite the hotel being located on a minor street off the main road, it was really noisy throughout the entire night. This was not helped by the very poor insulation and soundproofing of the windows. I might as well had the window open all night.As a result of the above, I got very little sleep which impacted on me doing a day's work the next day. If you're looking for something central but reasonably, don't choose this hotel.

Really pleasant hotel in the middle of a busy street with many different ethnic food options. Not far from both Gare Nord and Gare East as well as RER and metro connections. Staff was friendly and spoke great English and our room was fairly larger than expected, which allowed us to spread out bags.

As with many older Parisian buildings, the elevator is very tight-- only 1 or 2 people and a bag perhaps. If there's a rush to leave in the morning, you may be waiting for a little while or wish to take the stairs.
