The hotel had no air conditioning and we were on the 6th floor so it was very hot. But we did have two fans.

We loved our stay, the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. I had booked the wrong dates unfortunately but with the support from booking and the lady at reception we got it sorted.

Good location, nice staff, could leave our bags there before check in time, good heating, comfy bathroom

Not very clean, small room, no Netflix, very basic set up, not even a kettle or small fridge in the room, leaky shower, very noisy people next door and could hear absolutely everything, the breakfast very poor and limited choice - few pieces of bread, one ham, one cheese, fried egg which they don’t refill so if you’re not there by 7am sharp you get hard pieces of rubber like egg

I think that the city tax should be included in the price of room booking. I was not prepared to pay extra amount for my stay.

The room wasn't large, but the bathroom facilities were comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping staff cleaned it meticulously every day.The location was excellent, just two minutes from the metro station, making it convenient to get around.There were many shops nearby, making dining convenient, and a supermarket was also close by.

Not all room types have refrigerators, making it difficult to preserve purchased food.

The room was compact, but not a problem, every thing we needed was there. It was quiet, got a good nights sleep and the bed comfortable. The shower was brilliant, plenty of hot water and agood strong stream, all of the time. Staff were friendly and helpful.

For the price it was fine.

Location to the train station. The room was good for an overnight visit.

Unfortunately, someone stepped in poop, and it was dragged into the elevator. It was not good for a first impression. The facilities could use a little updating.

The best are very firm and comfy and the showers are good due to the pressure and the ability to get hot quick.

The fact that the water in the sink stuck there and didn’t go down for a bit.

Very quiet, comfortable rooms, clean. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

There is a lift, but it stops at half-floor landings so there are still stairs to do, which makes it annoying with bags and impossible for people with motor disabilities.

The staff were kind, and the location was very convenient, with many restaurants and cafés nearby.

The bathroom could be improved. The shower was good, but the ceiling was a bit loose, and I was concerned it could make it easier for mice to get in.

Very nice and helpful staff, room bigger than one usually gets in Paris.Parking little bit expensive but at least, there is one

It was really clean and had a great location near the metro station ( Poissonnière) AND the Gare Du Nord station ( CDG airport train line ) !!!

The elevator goes to the fourth floor only and my room was on the sixth floor, with extremely narrow steps, a real challenge with a suitcase…

Nearby the metro and restaurants, easy to get around and felt safe
