The location is great and the staff is friendly. There is an elevator in the building!

The soundproofing isn’t great. The water pressure is a bit low.

No character, V small bathroom, plastic mattress cover, poor lighting, forgettable

Was good value, near the metro, easy to get to from airport as direct metro line from Gare du Nord. Location was ideal for me as needed to be near hospital. Liked how I could control temperature of radiator in the room and open the window

Staff was super attentive. Metro station very close. Big bed. Balcony with street view. Small but enough

The shower was not really containing the water

Super clean, 3 x 22 year old girls stayed in a triple room, seemed super safe, amazing cafes and restaurants near, 5 min walk to metro which was good to get to more central areas

Too much noise during the night I was first floor and too much noise

I book first one night then I speeked with them if I can change it for 2 night the told me cancel the booking then book again it will refund, the I canceled the first one before the time limit for refund policies and I book the new one they refuse to refund the money they scam me

Great staff, easy to find and a good location.

The room was great and spacious. No breakfast was included in my reservation so I cannot comment on the breakfast. The staff was attentive. The hotel is well located and easy to access by public transportation.

The room is tiny, but if you are looking for a place to sleep in a good location and not exactly to stay inside the Hotel that is good. The staff is great and helpful. The location is amazing, 5 min or less from the tube and 20 min by tube to town. I didn't have breakfast, but I found expensive for what I saw in coffee shops near the main attractions.

The shower is too small and would not suit a bigger person.

We got a room on the fifth floor with a great view. It's clean and the location is good.

The room was very small and no one came to change the towels or take out the trash in three days. Also, no closets in the room.

The hotel is in a safe location, near the metro and bus stations. It is a no fuss hotel and in comparison with other average hotels in Paris, it was clean but you can see the signs of wear and time passing. The bed mattress was comfortable.

It is very noisy, you hear the other guests from the other rooms. The towels were changed only in first 2 days, I think there is no rule to changing them.

Nice helpful stuff... excellent location near to metro..cleanliness... good vibes..next time i will stay here again.

First night the room was a sauna it was exactly hot! And The nightly price changed ever night !
