Parc Hotel

The metro station Line 4 very near. With the navigo 5 zones weekly ticket we were able to travel all arround the city. Of course commuting was near 40 minutes every time, but it was easy. Supermarkets near by. Quiet neighboorhood. The Internet was good, I had a webex 3 hours call without problem. The minifridge was small but efficient, kept cold my KEFIR and yogurt.We did not ate breakfast at the hotel, but we bought stuff from the supermarket.

The room was not cleaned properly. On Saturday the cleaning lady just changed towels and nothing else For this reason I rated low the cleaning. The other days replaced the towels, fixed the beds good and replaced tea, coffee and paper toilet. This irrated me because it was the last day and I wanted a clean room not sloppy cleaning without replaced consumables. The room was very small but we only stayed at night so no big deal. Carpet had stains.

Great option well connected with all the city by bus or metro. The bed is very comfortable. Very cleaned with coffee.

A little bit of noise some nights if you are very close to the elevator.

Everything was good and nice receptionist, I love everything about it. It’s closer to everywhere and restaurant all over. Thank you so much

I think the toilet the space of where to shower is too small.. if that can be changed it will he perfect

Broken kettle, broken bed side light, no cups and didn’t like that you couldn’t control shower temp without actually being in the shower.

Every was polite. Even the staff that spoke only a little English had cracked a joke or two every time I walked in!

The refrigerator had older food still in so there was an Odor, but other than that I enjoyed the executive room. Worth the upgrade!!

The room was clean, organized, and well heated (I stayed in January). The staff was excellent. They were friendly, attentive, and helpful. In particular I'd like to point out Moumia, who went above and beyond to give me helpful suggestions on where to visit and how to use the public transportation. She even helped me find vegan friendly places to eat. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone was. Overall I would say this was a great value hotel.

There was little space to maneuver in the room and the bathroom. This wasn't a big issue for me but might be for some. The walls are a bit thin, so keep that in mind. Most nights were quiet, but a couple nights or early mornings I was awakened by noise from neighboring rooms which was a bit annoying.

There was always a bad smell coming from the toilet.Also, the door of the toilet was transparent so not offering any privacy in double rooms.

Good localization, markets bakeries and metro is close to the property. Comfortable bed and pillows, I’ve slept like a baby. Bed sheets/towels are of a good quality, what is also important and pleasant to use. Clean and proper bathroom.

Superior room for two is actually for 3 persons with an additional bed. It’s not really comfortable, just taking place and staying on the way

Small room and sometimes uncomfortable if you have big luggage. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but there is a metro nearby, so it is not so critical.

The location is very close to the metro. Many establishments and a grocery nearby. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Special thanks to Rahim, Yusuf, and Azza for their assistance.

Not really an issue but the door to the toilet can't be locked and is semi-transparent. You may consider this if privacy matters to you, especially when staying with friends.

We don’t have a breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it. But the hotel in general was great. The district looks safety, personal was polite. In the room you’ll have kettle, tea and coffee sticks. Just be ready to pay refundable deposit 99€ (this information is on the site, just read carefully).

The door in the toilet ? What an awful decision to make it transparent… Especially when it’s exactly in the front of the bad! Especially when here is a gap between door and the wall … Any privacy. You will see everything what your partner is doing there… or hear it, or sneeze it?

The location is very close to Metro station "Port d'Orleans", just a few minutes walk, both bus and metro are very convenient to get to downtown, 20-30 minutes. The receptionists are very friendly and easy to communicate with, they responded to my every request friendly and promptly. Room are small and interior designs not very new, but very comfortable, I like the view from little balcony of my room at 5th floor, the neighborhood is safe and have many restaurants to consider and there are pharmacy stores nearby to shop. I only took one breakfast at the hotel when I arrived, it has simple bread, yogurt, cheese, fruit, juice etc. A buffet at 1st floor, if you have rush schedule in Paris, this would be good choice. Overall, it is recommended for travelers visiting Paris for their 1st time.
