Shower attachment broken and water very hot - I burnt myself!Very basic room. No soundproofing so could hear everything other people said and did - even in their bathroom :(

Perfect location, the street is already a great Parisian location . The staircase has the carpet from the film“ The Shining “awesome!!

Beware of double charges

We were charged twice for the room. Once when booking and again on checking in. We didn't realise until we checked our credit card and it was charged at the time of booking. Not happy. We have to claim the costs back

It was a good location. We could walk every where we wanted. And It was near a train station and restaurants too.

The neighborhood and surrounding area have a lot to offer, and the staff are very attentive.

There are clear maintenance needs. Without soundproofing, you can hear the neighbors' conversations. When the neighbor smokes, the smell enters the room. Therefore, I only recommend it for those for whom this is not a problem.

It was a good location. We could walk every where we wanted. And It was near a train station and restaurants too.

Rooms need teapots to boil water. Also a small fridge would make a great difference. The rest is fine

The neighbourhood was great! Many bars and restaurants nearby, very close to the subway and generally very calm and safe!

The noise. Not from the street, from inside the hotel itself. Unfortunately it is not sound-proof at all, you can hear everything very loudly , even with earplugs on. Also, the room was very small, same for the bathroom.

The location is very good, at about 4- 5 minutes to the beautiful street Gaite, and at about 6-7 minutes from metro station Edgar Quinet, and at a walking distance to Garre Montparnasse. I liked that there is a coffee machine in the lobby and you may buy a coffee at any time.

Everything is tiny, the lift, the room, the bathroom, the shower.

The location was Ideal with many bistros at the area, very close to metro stations, bars, brasseries, and very easy access to everywhere. The bed was very comfortable bit the room not very quiet. I didn't ask for a quieter one. If i jad i am sure they would have transfer me to one for sure.

The space of the room. It was quite small for my expectations but had everything that you could ask for. Easy to warm, nice comfy beds and cleans sheets.

The bed was like sleeping on the floor. My partner and I both very much needed to sleep after a long day and I had an important meeting the next day. Unfortunately, neither of us really slept. I finally found another duvet and used it as a mattress topper to get a little bit of sleep. They really need mattress toppers or softer mattresses.

The breakfast was expensive for what it was. I had breakfast with my eyes open. It was Sunday & hardly anything was open.

Adequate, really angry because after a weeks travel including Paris, Berlin, trains, hotels and multiple purchase in shops etc. with a specific debit card ONLY TIPI rejected it for payment on three occasions forcing me to use an alternative card. I still have not received a satisfactory answer as to why.

The hotel has a 24-hour reception, and the receptionist was very helpful during check-in.

Room was very small and lacked a power socket by the bed.

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Beware, the elevator and the shower are very small, so maybe not suitable for an overweight person.

Very good location, good and polite stuff, willing to help us, clean rooms, the breakfast was good, they let us check in earlier, near to bus stations, they kept some products in the fridge for me.

I could hear sounds (like the shower head) from the room next to me. Generally there wasn't a soundproofing.

Terrifically convenient location. Clean, comfortable. Very small room, which I expected and was perfectly adequate. Ok Continental breakfast. One lovely person at the front desk, another just ok. All in all, great value deal for the middle of Paris.
