Hôtel Aero Paris Passy

Loved the boutique style and the location of this hotel. Short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the front desk was super helpful with suggestions and help.

Location

Security. The entrance smells of stale beer and smoke- kind of creepy. Tried to complain about feeling unsecured but no one was at front desk— so it only made us feel even less secure.. The next day a reception desk woman tried to help but she was obviously powerless. The decor is era 1990’s

Location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning didn't work the first night and it was too hot to sleep.

Great location above the cafe by the same name… a place we’ve often visited. And excellent value too.

Decor is a little tired, but not a “no go” factor.

Breakfast is not included, but the bar/restaurant of the hotel offers traditional french breakfast. A little pricey, but very good quality. Very authentic french atmosphere in the hotel.The location is excellent for experiencing Paris by foot or Metro. Step down into the street, and you see the Eiffel Tower on the other side of La Seine. Lots of shops with local grocery in the street of the hotel. The Passy area appears less "touristic" than Montmartre etc, but with a very nice, safe atmosphere.Passy Shoppingcenter 80 m from hotel, Passy Market just across the street, and 800m to the "hidden" Musée Marmottan Monet

Some minor, but annoying facility flaws: We had 4 nights in a Superior room, and three times we had to have the keycards replaced, because they stopped working. The hairdryer and the showerhead was close to falling out of the wall.Also we did not have the room cleaned / towels changed until day 3, where we explicitly hung the "Please make up the room" on the door. Before that we had explicitly asked for clean towels and extra toilet paper. Maybe we misunderstood the concept...In the morning some noise can occur from trucks delivering goods to the shops in the street, but otherwise a quiet area.

Quite quiet in spite of location near (not on) busy street (a bit of garbage bin rumbling in the mornings).

Absence of water heating kettle. The restaurant downstairs is open early and long hours, but being able to make a cup to drink in the room is always more comfortable.Room is small (and up a few stair steps) but website does not promise much space or accessibility (so just be aware).

Great location. 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful. Great food. The bed was super comfortable.

The room was a little small, but we were warned to expect that in Paris. The bathroom could have done with some very minor repairs

To be honest my expectation was better, the property looked different upfront. The room looked quiet big on picture than actually it is. Staff behavior was decent nothing remarkable. To be honest i would not come back to stay here in future its just the location is convenient if thats all you care about.

The bathroom! Totally fantastic, roomy, warm and clean ? the heated towel rail was definitely a bonus.It was convenient to shops and all amenities.

The deliveries for the shops and general busyness was noisy. I would suggest small earplugs.

Great position at a fair price; the main reason to choose this hotel. The bed was comfortable.

The level of cleanliness was the main problem. I booked a single room and as soon as I entered, I noticed the bathroom floor was full of hair. They apologised and gave me another, bigger, room to solve the problem - slightly cleaner, but still a lot of hair, very visible on the white bathroom floor (see photo). There were some odd red stains on the room ceiling, and the shower was also not in a great state. At least the bed seemed clean. Either way, I would not go back to this hotel.

Sometimes I had to remind the cleaning lady to clean better. But after my request, everything was cleaned in a minute/very quickly.

Friendly staff, big room, clean, has lift. The location was great. It was close to Eiffle tower.

The room window was connected to the bar kitchen and the noise and smell of the kitchen might be annoying

This fantastic little hotel is situated in an amazing pocket of Paris. Just a short walk from many shops, restaurants and the Eiffel tower. We had a lovely stay and couldn't rate the location more highly.

The hotel is short of fine touches and high end finishes but this was not a deterrent for us with the comfortable room and position.

Clean , refurbished . If you’re tall make sure you don’t get the third floor, slanted ceilingSome body soap would have been nice . The toothbrush excellent idea, I only came for the night.
