    • Clean, great location, modern amenities
    • The staff was very kind & extremely helpful to ensure my needs were met while there. I would highly recommend this hotel
    • The staff, especially the gentlemen at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. They were so patient and thoughtful!

    Cons -

    • The heat was not able to be controlled by the thermostat in the room and we had to open the windows at night.
    • The pricing for breakfast was every high, however, with all the cafes nearby there were many options.
    • The mannequin in the hallway with the lamp shade for a head - kind of creepy!

Staff was friendly and more than helpful. Felt very comfortable at hotel . Best beds that we have slept in in France

    Car parking very expensive

We did not have breakfast since we slept until noon. Both girls at the front desk spoke English and we were very helpful and nice. The room was clean. We stay couple days and request not to have a service on the second day since we reuse our towels. It was very good location since train station was close by and had stores and restaurants around it

The fitness was closed due to renovation.

Very old. There were broken lamp, the cleaning team didn’t change the paper in the toilet. The location was perfect for the congress and the room in good size for Paris. But that is it

We loved everything about this hotel. We stayed for 3 days. The staff was very friendly and very acomadating. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a very nice outdoor space outside of our room. The bed was very comfortable. The interior of the room was very appealing and modern. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start each day with many local options, and it was homemade. It was a full breakfast. The location was excellent, about a 15-minute walk to the Arc De Trumph with plenty of cafes and shopping surrounding the hotel but just outside the heavily tourist areas. We are planning a return trip, and we will stay at Les Jardins De La Villa.

I liked that the hotel was in a central location, not too far from the attractions. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

What I didn’t like was the key cards—they kept getting deactivated, and having to go down to get a new one was inconvenient

Nice staff, small, quiet hotel steps away from mega-hotel, where our tour of Normandy was to begin. Nice staff, good breakfast.

17th Arrondisement isn’t ideal. Unfortunately, Paris was unseasonably warm (85 F) and air conditioning was worthless. That necessitating opening our window at night, bringing constant loud noises from the loading dock and cigarette breaks of the Meridian Hotel.

Reception staff so good and helpful

Fridge and coffee machine not working

The front desk was really warm, welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect.

The size of the rooms was smaller than what was displayed in the pictures.Sink and shower has drainage issues and made it unhygienic to use.Breakfast was the worst part of our stay, regret paying €21 euros pp for cold, bad tasting eggs and a slice of toast. No other vegetarian options.Had a few issues with room service.

A disappointing stay due to poor service, lack of cleanliness, and an unjustified charge

This place is a scam disguised as a hotel. They charged me 130€ for being 50 minutes late for check-out more than the price of a night, with no clear prior warning, no written policy, and no flexibility. I was forced to pay on the spot or be held there absolutely unacceptable. The room was dusty, triggering allergies, and the day staff were rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional unlike the night staff.Avoid this place at all costs !! zero respect for guests, and clearly trying to make money through dishonest practices.

Nice boutique hotel in a great location. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Street it is on is not so pleasing to the eye but it is quiet and the hotel is nice.

The rooms were spacious by Parisian standards and modern. The breakfast buffet was also good and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

    Nothing actually....

The staff were excellent and the room was very nice. I didn't have breakfast but it looked nice. A good location and good access to restaurants and public transport.

The gym could use a few more free weights and the treadmill was in need of a service but was pleased to have the gym while I was there.

The staff were very welcoming and happy to help. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean, no mould on the tiles or bathroom. We didn't eat there but the dining area and lounge section was very comfortable to relax in

4 days after checking out, I'm still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded

    9CherylPosted on: 1-27-2025

Had trouble with my room on arrival, so the hotel upgraded me to a better room.

    Quirky, quiet and trendy!

We stayed here for 3 nights over the New years 24/25. Its a little further out of the main area but within walking distance of 15 mins to the Arc de Triomphe. The Hotel is right near Porte Malliot tube station which is line 1 . So very very easy to get everywhere on this metro line. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were fantastic Paris rooms are a little smaller than the average but this was just right for me and my teenage daughter. The room have very large L'Occitane bottled products so no need to bring shampoo, body wash etc ... Rooms were cleaned daily Everything yo need is nearby The metroThe train and the Tram 25 mins from the airport 15 min walk to Arc de Triomphe a 35 min walk to Effiel Tower The staff were very nice and friendly and i would definitely stay here again

Although we had breakfast included we were very very disappointed with it choice. My advice would be to go outside to one of the many many cafes that are dotted all around and have breakfast or brunch there. I mean there is food literally everywhere in Paris.

Immediate first impressions were great. A classy, comfortable hotel with a superb private spa (that is bookable and complimentary). Clean rooms and beautiful bathroom. The location is also ideal for parking (Indigo) and both shops and restaurants which were a minute or so walk. The tram, metro and buses were also close by. The area in general was classy and felt safe. The breakfast was also excellent and varied. Delicious complimentary coffee was also available. The staff were also friendly, professional and helpful. It felt special being there.
