- Excellent location, especially with the closeness to Metro stations. Great neighborhood for exploring. Convenience in terms of supermarkets and eateries. It's good that the hotel has a breakfast option.
- The hotel met all my expectations. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful.
- Location is amazing. Fantastic restaurants, cafes, shopping and sites just outside your door. Front desk open 24/7 with friendly and helpful staff.
Cons -
- There was a small and faded blood stain on my bedsheet, but otherwise clean.
- The room was cleaned late in the afternoon, which was surprising, but it wasn't a big deal.
- Stayed Jan 16,2020 with adult son (2 beds). Room was small and tight for two, but acceptable due to location and price point.

Our room was clean at least, but patched walls that hadn't been painted, holes with bare wiring, duct tape on the hairdryer, the safe was broken. Dark hallway coming off the elevator at night no light at all. Poorly rundown overall needing TLC.
Hotel was cheap and was clean. Just what you what . For the price was excellent. Would definitely stay again
Location and the people working there
The location
It seemed kind of run now. Not what I expected for the price.
Location is perfect - lovely area, loads of cafes, restaurants and shops. Staff were charming, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The room was good sized with adequate space for clothes and suitcases. And the bathroom and shower stall were larger than any I've had in any of my 9 trips to Paris! Hotel was staffed 24/7 and the people at the desk were friendly. It was super easy to get from there to everywhere we wanted to go, and we could walk there from Gare du Nord.
I am a firm mattress person and these were a smidge too soft for me, but my son liked them. And I'd bring earplugs if I came again, but that's because I'm a light sleeper.
The hotel isn't luxurious; it's simple and modest. I needed this simplicity as I was at a fashion event for two days. I needed a small, private space. The staff were very friendly.I love the Neighbourhood! Paris, 18th arrondissement. There’s a good coffee at Café Le Nazir. There’s an amazing restaurant Le Coq & Fils - the Poultry House.
Clean room, good location, & friendly staff.
Room was a tad small and window opened onto a view of nearby building walls.
The stuff were very nice,I have lactose intolerance and couldn’t eat the breakfast, however they tried to solve the issue and offered banana which was a very nice gesture
None, I would visit them again
Basically nothing
Our room was smelling so bad started early in the morning ,it felt like we were sleeping in the kitchen.horrible. After that the AC started peeping every few minutes and didn’t stop.we couldn’t sleep at all . Then the noise from the outside started , so all those things combined and tortured us. In the noon, afternoon it started smelling chemically and I got an asthma attack. Can’t recommend. We continued traveling without any sleep.
Good location and value for money and the staff were very helpful.
Rooms quite dated and small.
Nice staff nice red wall in room comfy bed clean and functional
Room too dark - little dayight as it looked into tiny yard and light was blocked
Very clean comfortable rooms, not the most modern but very well maintainedVery friendly staff who assisted with early check in and luggage storageMAssive plus for paris - not just radiator, heated air conditioning system tooGreat location
Very thin duvets/sheets on bed - sheet covered by fleece and then quilt. I don't know if the fleece and quilt are washed between guests but felt a bit dustyLoud pipe sounds at night - maybe old building?
very good location, nice price
a little noisy because of some air conditioners behind the windows
For the price, though the room would be bigger then a dog house.
The room is tiny, the toilet and the door to the toilet is a joke. The view is the nasty view I have EVER seen, bought it to the attention of the front desk guy and he was no help.
The staff at the entrance are always nice! The room is tidy, warm, and well decorated, which is what we need after a tiring day! The window in our room also offers a great view of Paris at night! Last, although we did not use them, the hotel provides a public refrigerator and microwave on the ground floor! Which is super thoughtful!
The room is not fully soundproofed. We heard people chatting, keys clattering, and footsteps when we were in the room.
Really well located, lovely and relaxed staff, comfortable and clean room, warm (and it was v cold in Paris when we visited!), hot shower, quiet despite the area, and although the room was generally basic, it was all we needed and so excellent value for money - particularly for the location which is very close to many stations and sights. We had the breakfast once, which was simple but good value for money.
We had a back room that was next to a generator although my partner didn't mind it and I wear earplugs to sleep, so didn't bother me!
