Friendly welcoming staff. Good quality breakfast.

The bathroom smelled of dirty drains and the shower head fixing was broken so having a shower was a bit tricky.

Good for the value. Location is close to Champ Elysee. Enviorenment is not too much noisy. Reception is 24/7 (they ask you to leave the keys when you are leaving the otel). In line with descriptions.

Thin walls, No sound isolation. Whatever is talked in the next room, you can hear it as if you are sitting with them

The property is very centrally located, it is clean, unique in design? It feels like home away from home. The staff are all knowledgable, polite, respectful and represents the company, with excellence. I found your company on line, the reviews were all good and I booked your hotel through Bookings. Com left for Montpellier and came back to your property to fly out to London-New York-Montego Bay, Jamaica.

I did not like the fact that I could not reached the front desk because the duration of the time I arrived until I left and returned and still the phone did not work I was staying on the 4 th floor. Please have it fix. I needed a wake up call and your staff has to walk up the steps to awake. Me.

Great location right near Miromesnil and lovely, friendly staff.

Not very clean, shower drain was constantly clogged so water would pool whenever showering. Also woke up covered in bug bites so most likely bedbugs in mattresses. Yes this is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for, but I would recommend spending the extra $ to stay at a higher rated hotel instead.

Cleanliness. Size of the room was small and no real air condition except a dirty fan.

The only thing that I liked was the service from the Staff

In the room we didnt have fan and ofc not AC. The noise on the street was super loud and our room was next to the street. Also not water.

Hotel is well located but the quality and cleanliness and old not well taking care of is the main issue. Old hotel with very small room absolutely no space to walk around the bed, extremely noisy as the hotel is facing a busy street with road work early on the morning and also single pan window that make it impossible to sleep also as the corridor busy at all time of the day and night with paper thin door, very small bathroom with old damage feature (broken tiles and toilet seat) so small that you will wet the entire little room while trying to shower. No security or camera in the entire hotel aside of the reception and the smallest elevator that cant fit on normal size luggage and a person you must send your luggage up and take the stair at the same time hoping that someone else do not call the elevator in the meantime. Only highlight of the trip was the concierge Nassim very helpful with profesional attention and assistance, will not recommend even for a single night as you will save on the cost but won't be able to rest.

No AC. Could barely get down side of bed. Tiny excuse of a wardrobe. Windows onto street meant extreme noise and no privacy if window open. No fan. Not all lights worked.
