The service

The size of the room. It was tiny, tiny

Location is great and staff is friendly! It was my second time staying and I will stay here again in the future.

Would’ve been nice if they had a hotel restaurant or bar.

Room and bed were very comfortable. The tub and shower were wonderful. The staff did a great job of making you feel comfortable too

The TV only has french channels and no ability to cast to it. So that was a bit regrettable, i would have liked to have a couple of cozy mornings.

I loved the theme of the hotel and the staff went way out of their way to make sure our stay was superb. I would most definitely recommend a stay there.

The location was ok, not near many major attractions other than it IS about a 7 minute walk to the Moulin Rouge. If you are planning on catching the show, a stay there is 100% suited for it. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Lafayette Galleria which has basically any store you could possibly want. If you’re into long walks, the Eiffel Tower is “only” about an hour walk. It’s not a bad hike on a nice day. And the hotel and spa more than makes up for it when you get back and want to relax.

The hotel is in a great location where it is not busy but can still close the centre of Paris

Ali, the guy at the front desk was a pro. Covered all the bases and was very friendly. The bottles water was clutch.

The 200 deposit seemed a little steep, but it was refunded promptly and I understand why they do it. So not so much a dislike but an observation overall I enjoyed my stay

The service was great and people were very accommodating to my needs. Also I loved the tub and the heat worked great. The bed was very comfortable. Was very happy there~

I didn’t have breakfast there but looked beautiful, the staff was excellent especially Joseph and Elliot were really helpful and pleasant they helped us with the luggage took us to our room explained everything thoughrly really was a pleasure to stop here location was quite good also.. if I ever come back to Paris I 100% be coming back to stop at the secret de Paris ??

The staff are multi-lingual, extremely helpful, and very friendly. The offered great advice on the local area. Restaurants nearby are excellent, and not chains. Very short walk to the metro, or a slightly longer walk to the shopping district. Paris is best explored on foot, in my opinion.

It can't be helped due to the nature of the building's age, but the room was small. Not a problem on a city break though. Also, make sure you're close with your room-mate as the bathroom walls are glass.

Near train stations and lots of different restaurants and fast food but they do shut down early in the evenings...

No coffee or tea in room ... Quite expensive for a small room ... But still in great location. Staff was friendly but no coffee offered or tea in room .. no microwave or teapot..

Bathrooms terrible all glassdoor of bathroom being class don’t shut property and no door handle wish it had a shower as showering in bath no shower screen good location but the red out side the rooms and leather cushions on the bed and mood lighting felt a bit seedy and not classy questioned to my partner if it was a swingers hotel ???

Originally a little apprehensive as looked a little seedy but took the gamble and booked and wasn’t disappointed, we booked a Trocadéro room, which was big enough for our couple of nights.A huge big comfy bed, pillows and bedding.Big fluffy towels and dressing gowns.Excellent location, 2/3 minute walk to the Metro and surrounded by numerous places to eat.The staff cannot do enough for you, very helpful and all speak perfect English.We would defo return to stay here.

My only 2 criticism would be have the curtains open for guests on arrival and it may have been me but in order to go to the toilet during the night all of the lights had to come on not just the bathroom.

The hotel's location was very convenient, with good cafe bars close by. We used Ubers to get around instead of using the metro. The bath in the room was an extra luxury.

The room did not have tea/coffee facilities, and the TV did not have any English-speaking channels. Apparently, this is being rectified shortly.

My favourite thing about the hotel is the location. Such a great neighbourhood with lovely bars and easy walking distance of my favourite parts of Paris.

Only the weather!

Fantastic location for the Moulin rouge show, close to all transport links and 24 hour parking! Rooms was beautifully decorated and presented, bed was super comfy and the staff were very polite and welcoming

No complaints from us!
