Location, room was great, facilities were great.

Room service was way too late

The location was terrific

The elevator only worked half the time on our trip. Our room was on the 4th floor and we had to carry our luggage up a very small and winding staircase.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. I also liked helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Also the location is great, close to many sights and restaurants.

The room we stayed in was very small. There was no space to open your luggage in the room. There was no luggage rack.

Very small, but I am small....if I travelled with someone it would be too tight of a fit. Perfect for solo travel, I did not spend much time in my room anyways.

The room was far too small. And it was hard to believe they were permitted for the bathroom. I barely fit in the shower....Had we known the size of the room, we never would have booked.

location is brilliant! very close to restaurants and within walking distance to the Louvre! the room was cosy and the breakfast was good.

You certainly can't beat the location - within walking distance to all the major Parisian destinations. The staff was unusually accommodating and friendly, while the room was comfortable and adequate for all of needs.

There really wasn't anything to not like. After long days of traversing the city, the hotel was the perfect place to crash. If I had to find fault with anything it might have been the elevator - which was quite slow and small - but that seems a bit overly critical.

This is normal for Europe hotel but the closest space is so limited and i wish the lighting situation was better

Location is perfect, staff Is amazing but the rooms are tiny, they barely have any light, like 2 side lamps, the way the rooms are laid out the toilet seat is right next to the bed where you lay your head.. I asked for an iron at reception, it was all black and burnt and when I went to plug it in my room the fuse went. My bed didn't have a headboard. I think the hotel is overpriced compared to what it offers and I wish the owners would take a bit more pride in the hotel and upgrade some of the facilities like buying a new clean iron doesn't cost much.

Location! Perfect location. Rooms are as small as any Parisian hotel, as expected. The bed is super comfy. Spotlessly clean. The staff is super nice. Absolute recommendations!

Highly recommend this hotel! Very good location, very nice beautiful atmosphere and such a lovely team! The lady at breakfast was so positive and helpful! she filled me with positivity for the whole day!

The location of the hotel is fantastic - it is right in the center, yet the street is quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was not big, but it was very clean and well organized. Lots of things in the hotel are environmentally friendly (water refilling, organic jams, etc) which I greatly appreciate. This hotel will be our first choice when we come to Paris again.

Great location, a friendly welcome from the staff and a cute room with lots of character. The bed was comfortable and we had an excellent night's sleep.

Would have loved an in-room kettle so we could have made tea in the morning. The room wasn't cheap, but then, that's central Paris for you! It was probably good value compared to others.

I didn't like the room, it was too small and with a part of the ceiling that made you hit your head if you weren't careful, it looks like you were sleeping in the attic, and having to climb the stairs with your luggage wasn't pleasant at all, since it was on the 6th floor and the elevator didn't go there.
