Location is so close to Eiffel tower .Great value for the price and location.

Elevator was so so small .Just for one person but we knew it before booking so it was not big deal for one night stay.

The room was cozy and comfortable, and fortunately, I had a room with a great little balcony view, plus another little balcony in the washroom area, which provided a lot of natural light. The location is perfect since there is a sizable supermarket directly below and a major train stop as well. Another plus is the endless 4.5 and above star restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walk.

The elevator, however, was super tiny, so I had to make separate trips with luggage, and I wish the room had a microwave.

Best location ever! You’re surrounded by the metro, a supermarket, tons of restaurants and cafés, Rue Cler, and you’re only 7 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. There’s an elevator (I chose not to use it because it’s tiny—I’m a bit claustrophobic—but it was very helpful for our luggage). Comfortable bed, daily housekeeping, and amazing front desk service! My husband and I didn’t eat breakfast there.

Perfect location. Staff was excellent. Easy check in .

I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Royal Phare, especially given that this stay was planned for Christmas and involved three small children.We specifically booked based on assurances that the rooms would be interconnecting, which was essential for our family’s safety and comfort. Upon arrival, we were told that the rooms were not interconnecting at all, leaving us in an impossible situation with young children during a major holiday.To make matters worse, the hotel confirmed in writing that a refund would be issued, acknowledging the issue — but later refused to honor that refund without any valid explanation.The communication throughout was unprofessional, dismissive, and evasive. There was no effort to take responsibility or show basic empathy for a family traveling with small children over Christmas.This experience showed a serious lack of integrity and customer care. I would strongly advise families, in particular, to be very cautious before booking here. I deeply regret choosing this hotel and would not stay here again.

Walking a short distance to the Eiffel Tower, the location is fantastic! There are plenty of restaurants right around the corner, and it’s super convenient to have two grocery stores downstairs.

The room had a beautiful view of the eiffel tower. Very clean. Well udated.

For $350 per night - there should have been an exquisite breakfast included which I read about on line - there is NO) breakfast included. (If you pay $15 for the b-fast it is meager at best). The lift is only big enough for one person and one piece of luggage. Really not worth the price. Should have a magnificent free breakfast included.

The room is clean. Location is near subway and main attraction places

The room is super small , with one checked in luggage and one carry one luggage, cannot open at the floor, there will be no place to walk then.The cleaning staff is noisy and keep bumping the door in the morningThe front desk was rude and arrogant. Seems like we are homeless and begging for his place to stay. We paid for the room please remember so we are your guest. If you are not welcome us, please refund the money first before showing your attitude.

The location and the view was amazing. Also, we really enjoyed the staff. Wish we would have stayed at this location longer.

loved the reception guy… location… cleanliness… cleaning last… new bathrooms… that there was a cute little elevator… view from the room…the price and again… location location location!!!! i fully recommend this to everyone!!!!

Location was good. Lots of things to see and do within walking distance. The lift was fun. Super small, but cute.

The room was big and comfortable. The hotel was right in front of a Metro station and steps away of the Eiffel Tower. A lot of restaurants and cafes near by.

The view we had was not good.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I asked for a view of the Eiffel Tower and that’s exactly what we got! It’s a 5 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and there are super markets and restaurants waking distance. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Hotel is very conveniently located to the metro, Eiffel Tower and a market. We were thrilled at the location!
