The staff who were extremely really polite and welcoming going above and beyond for our needs . the spa area was a beautiful touch to the hotel making the experience more pleasant and enjoyable the scenery was a perfect location

Our second time staying here - the location is great and the beds are comfortable.

Great location next to the station. Beautiful interior and very comfortable bed. The bath is great too. Will definitely stay again.

The steam room could’ve had some essential oils to make it smell nicer as it is within the basement of the property but it is nice it’s connected to the pool which is quiet and private.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The shower temperature could not be controllled. It was either freezing cold or so hot you couldn’t stand in it. We resorted to turning the water off and on to be able to bathe

The size of the room was quite small for the price. And bed was very stiff

The reservation system for the bassin and breakfast etc is a bit wonky as you don’t get a confirmation after requesting a reservation through there seemingly useful online system. And in our room this time there was nowhere to hang our coats. So as you can see it’s absolutely in the details!

This stylish hotel is conveniently located between two Paris train stations. The rooms view over the station was charming. The downstairs cafe was welcoming. The room itself was well decorated.

The entry to the room was very tight. The bathroom, located inches from the bed, had a mildew smell. The room was fine for one person, but would not be for two.

We had a lovely time here for 3 nights..thank you. The hotel is beautifully decorated, really clean, bed comfy, and staff all friendly and welcoming. Despite being close to the station, we heard no noise from there and the neighbourhood felt safe. We will certainly be back

It is close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’est.

There was a noisy party in the cafe area . on the night we stayed. It was a bit cramped , small room and tight corridors and lift.

Beautiful and super comfortable. Really nice place to unwind and easily get anywhere in the city as public transport is everywhere around this hotel.

Rooms were just a bit too tight and quite hot.

Stylish decor, comfortable bed. An excellent location for the Eurostar, lovely bar located outside in the summer.

Unfortunately when we stayed the lift wasn’t working, we stayed on the top floor and with heavy cases this wasn’t ideal. We are fit therefore this was less of a problem for us, however this was a distressing issue for my mother who has mobility problems. We were offered a free breakfast but this wasn’t manifested the following day sadly.

The room was quite cold even set at highest setting. Did not have additional blankets but did provide a space heater for use.

Hotel could not be better located - close to both stations and didn’t feel unsafe! Rooms are very small but still feel high end and boutique. Nice touches with robes and slippers

I loved the location - have stayed around the corner in trips past, so specifically wanted to be here. The bed was plenty comfortable and staff friendly 7 helpful.

I am usually not bothered by smaller European bathrooms, but the toilet in 306 (if I am remembering correctly) had me leaving the door open to use the toilet. This might be an issue for anyone but small couples or solo travelers. I also couldn't manage to get the shower below steaming.

The showers didn’t work. 2 shower heads - one ice cold the other too hot to touch. Otherwise all good

breakfast very good; location different from what I expected but in the end it was fine.
