Super friendly reception. Good location and well maintained

The location is good ,the worker are friendly, it is a quite clean room with comfortable bed. The good thing is the cleaner people is not noisy in the morning when she was doing the cleaning.

The VCM in the washing room can not be truned off, it works 24 hours and making noisy, even it won't influence my sleep much, but I really don't want to hear the noisy for 24 hours, hope hotel can change this advantage.

Nice and cozy hotel in the quiet area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. You can easily reach any place by metro, the hotel is not far from the metro station, going straight to the city centre. The hotel is very clean. The breakfasts are good, everything is fresh. Croissants and cheese, fresh orange juice, egg scramble, etc. Truly recommend this place.

The staff is friendly and polite, the hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room is okay, medium size for a hotel. If you want breakfast, the price is 20 euros per person. The location is good, the metro and bus are close and everything is well connected to the rest of the city.

Everything was great. The staff was the most pleasant, very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean, the room had everything we needed. The location is excellent, with many nice cafés nearby and not far from the city center. The hotel is very cozy, spotless, and smells amazing. We stayed with our family and were very satisfied. Our parents were absolutely delighted with everything. The breakfast was also very delicious. Special thanks to the staff for the lovely little gift.

The hotel is well managed, very helpful staff, very clean and well designed.It is not too far from the tourist areas by cab or train. The rooms are small but well designed and there is everything you need in the rooms. I stayed at a hotel walking distance to the Eiffle Tower and it was not as great as this hotel.

The rooms are small but sufficient.The area outside at night is not the best but I was still able to walk without feeling unsafe.

Location could be better but it is not a deal breaker, as it is still easy to get to around. Thats not an issue with the property more with the 12 metro line.

This hotel is great, staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do more for us. It’s in a real good place for all landmarks in Paris. The room was perfect size and facilities were good. The balcony view was amazing.Many thanks to the hotel staff!

The room was next to the lift and there were people running and being loud across the hallway. Weird orange light from the fire detector

The welcome, the quiet room located on the 5th floor and above all the staff Bertrand, Rebecca, Alexandra and Mary...and the ithers whose names i can't remember...sorry) bent over backwards to make our stay as memorable as possible.

We loved everything about this property from the amazing staff who guided us with great local recommendations. As well the adjoining room which was perfect for our group of four. I would highly recommend this property to anybody visiting Paris.

Despite the size, the room had everything I needed, organized neatly enough for it not to feel claustrophobic or limiting in any way. The place is modern, clean and cozy, the breakfast and on-site dinner were pretty good and the endless supply of tea and biscuits is always welcome

walls felt a bit thin, could hear some noise from the neighbors sometimes; the entrance is small and quite easy to miss even after few days of stay

Staff is friendly and helpful. They told us where we can get good food around the neighbourhood and even provide us with a map. Location is also situated in a quieter road, so you won't feel bothered by noises. Room is clean too and the ammenities they provide meet our expectations. There was one day where we would like to heat up our pizza for breakfast but a miscommunication between us and the staff ends up getting the pizza thrown away. However, the staff is friendly enough to provide us 3 coupons for breakfast the following morning. Merci beaucoup, mademoiselle and thank you for your hospitality.

I think the only drawback is that the coffee satchets in the room isn't refilled everyday. We understand that the there is a free coffee machine in the ground floor but my family prefers to have their coffee in the room. So in order for the coffee to be refilled in the room, we will need to tell the front desk almost everyday and if we don't it won't get refilled.

I stayed here during a conference at the paris convention center so location was great. I felt very welcome and comfortable at the hotel . Its all very new and clean and the hot drinks and water on offer were welcomed.
