I really liked the warm welcome of the staff. Very helpful and they let me park my bicycle in their backyard. The hotel is excellent value for money.
Do not recommend it
I spent there 2 days with my grandpa and it was one of the worst experience I've had. Our room was infected with bed bugs! After the first night when I said this to the receptionist he did not acknowledge me and gave us two more sheets... I could not make him understand that is is not enough at least move us to a new room, he did not! On the second night again I had many many stings and I had enough and went to the receptionist and demanded a new room and lo and behold we were able to go there... This place needs to get rid of freaking bed bugs! I paid 200 EUR to this. The toilette in our original room was filthy, the sliding door did not work as you had to hold it to stay closed.... The walls are indeed thin like paper.. after the first night there was cat sh*t in front of our door, unbelievable. I don't recommend this, go somewhere else.
Friendly staff, that were eager to please, hair dryer was available from reception, shower gel and shampoo supplied, in a great area for cafés and restaurants and near to the metro station. Room was clean and cleaned daily. Very happy, smoking area inside the hotel with seating, a decent coffee machine in reception, soft drinks also available, convenience store opposite. Was able to leave baggage a few hours after checkout free of charge. Staff were helpful.
No kettle in room, but decent coffee machine in reception.
Older Hotel with small rooms but nicely renovated and very clean.
Staff are helpful
No hot water - reception area is tired - noise from other rooms - window to street did not close - rooms need a revamp
Great location for restaurants and food. Staff were pleasant and spoke English well. This place is great if you are travelling on a budget or you aren’t as worried about your accommodation. Once you get a feel for the area it’s a really good place to be
There weren’t any glasses/cups to use in the room, shower head doesn’t stay up by itself (would just need a screwdriver to fix), and the bathroom door doesn’t stay shut/lock so it slides open. Really only small issues but hopefully they are fixed for future guests

Staff are really friendly, really liked the, neighbourhood (unlike some previous guests), busy and unpretentious! Room really small but adequate for affordable one night stay.
Soundproofing wasn't an issue for me and mate but someone complained about us chatting at very normal levels in the room!Had to ask for toilet paper on arrival and shower soap dispenser was empty. However, biggest complaint was the 'breakfast' served in the reception minus bread but including (wait for it) instant coffee sachets....a truly bewildering offering!!
wonderful room woth private bathroom, comfortable bed and had all we needed for two nights.
the room did not have a mini fridge or safe which would have been helpful for storing food and valuables, but other than that nothing at all!

generally it is fine.
1. The wall is not sound proof as website steted (However, I have ear plugs). 2. Key hand out each time when going out (I think it needs to write clearly about this point on the website) 3. neighborhood is not very beautiful 4. stairs are too small
Disappointing
They should warn the guest about the stairs you have to climb to get there. It was spiral like and with no rest, we almost fell a few times while we were carrying our baggage. It may be a good choice for young couples or people going there for just on day and . The bathroom door doesn't close well.
The beds were memory foam and reasonably comfortable in the cool weather. The sheets and towels were clean. The bathroom was cleaned daily. On leaving, the staff offered to look after our suitcases for most of the day and were helpful in directing us on public transport (in French). Some English was spoken. The location was reasonable, being near the Metro and RER plus bus stops. Also at the end of the street is the lovely La Petit Cambodge Moquet restaurant.
The shower curtain was doubled up so it couldn't cover the whole shower area and is likely to be a trap for damp, mould etc. It also had stains or water marks. The shower head holder needed tightening as it rotated too easily so was useless. There were no hanging hooks for wet towels or coats. The inner handle of the shower room sliding door was missing. The room was cramped for two with not much space to open a suitcase apart from on the bed. Although the sheets were clean, there were hints of stains on the quilts, The state of the decor was poor with many paint chips and splashes. The actual room was not featured in any of the photos. The state of the electrics was poor with one socket not screwed to the wooden panel it was fitted to. There was no socket near the desk and the bathroom light was not near the bathroom but 2m away by the door. There were no bedside lights although the main light had an additional switch next to the bed. Despite warnings of fines, there was a smell of smoke coming into the room in the morning. Getting heavy suitcases in and out was difficult due to the spiral staircase.
The location was great bus journey to the Eiffel Tower
No air con try sleeping in 30• weather and the stair way to the rooms was like climbing the stairway to hell
