Hôtel le 209 Paris Bercy

The bath was large, the bed was comfy, the selection on hot drinks to make in the room was great.

This hotel has been very easy to find as it is just outside Dugommier metro. I have not had enough time to explore Dugommier, but I have had a good feeling about this part of Paris, with a couple of traditional bistros near the station, a supermarket, a couple of pharmacies and various other shops. On a late Sunday afternoon/evening it wasn't crowded but lively. The hotel reception is well presented and the staff is welcoming and friendly. There's a breakfast area and a separate area for drinks at either side of the reception. I booked my room at a very good rate for Paris and it was fine for 1 night. Good shower and separate toilet room.

Not enough attention is given to the rooms to get them ready for the next guest. The room I was initially given had not been cleaned at all, the second room was fine, except that there was not enough soap for 1 shower and apart from hand soap by the sink there were no other toiletries. 5 euro for room slippers.

I like the hotel being there for the second time and I am looking forward to going there soon. Very helpful staff, spacious and clean room. The location is ideal.

I saw a rọom with balcony online when i was booking the room, but the assigned to mw did not have balcony to enable me view the environment.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Its location is in such a good neighborhood and right near the metro, the staff was exceptionally kind, the room was clean although a bit small (but thats Paris), and the bed was so comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights and everything was perfect.

The location is very good for Acor Arena and also to visit Paris - is very close to the metro station and is situated in a non-touristic neighborhood. The view of the city from a high floor is wonderful.

The room is very small and also the wardrob. The selection of teas was poor.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very kind! Perfect for a quick night in Paris, plus the bed was soooo comfortable! Location was great and easy to get around from!

The hotel was excellent and the location was perfect.The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful.I had a great experience and would gladly stay again.

Unfortunately, there was no refrigerator in the room, and some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable.

Comfort stay and all staff are excellent, also location is near to the train station about 10-15 minutes walk and also the metro station is next to the hotel.

Hotel Lobby and communal area was impressive

The Lobby and downstairs communal didn’t reflect the room. Brown stains on curtain in front of wardrobe and safe. The curtain on window was broken from the runner. Shower was dark and claustrophobic. Prominent Mould on ceiling.

I enjoyed my overall stay at Hôtel le 209 Paris Bercy! The staff were very friendly, professional and always ready to assist when needed. The rooms were surprisingly a decent size for Paris standards, comfortable bed, modern and clean bathroom, and generally a cool aesthetic. There is also a metro station Dugumier right outside the hotel.

Whilst it was great to have a metro right outside, it still did feel slightly away from Paris central landmarks. Would also be good to have a mini fridge in the room.

A comfortable hotel for an overnight stay, with a good bed and bathroom.

The room is quite small, fine for an overnight stay, but not for a long stay. There's a metro station nearby, but be prepared for a long commute in centre.

Almost all good. Typical boutique Paris hotel. Beds were comfortable. AC helped. The plumbing flushes were loud and I wouldNever stay on an lowerFloor rooms.

The hotel is in a safe neighbourhood, super close to transportation. It wasn't loud at all, and the room was okay in size. The internet connection was also good. Very friendly staff was a bonus.

The queen bed was made with two single beds, so feeling the separation point was uncomfortable. I kept falling into that crack, and I had to sleep on one side only, making the whole bed useless. Their beds and pillows are super comfy, and they have memory foam mattresses, but it was no different from having a room with a single bed in this case.

Location - great for the accor arena. Wasn't hardly in the room, was just a place for the night but was perfect for 1 night. Was pretty small but that's Paris

We really loved how the staff treated us. We were celebrating our wedding, and they made a beautiful decoration in our room. The owner personally congratulated us on behalf of the whole team, which was very touching. The location is perfect — right next to the metro. There’s a private underground parking garage just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and markets nearby. The hotel itself is very cozy, warm, and quiet. The beds were perfectly soft, towels and linens were changed regularly, and breakfast had everything we needed. The staff were kind and attentive. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
