The staff was fantastic and the location itself was not bad at all

The room was small and not always tidy when we returned. You can always tell if a hotel is 5 stars based on the little extras, and this was definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Location was the only good part of this hotel

Rooms are small. Very small hotel. Not up to date. Not even close to a five star hotel!

The location was good. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked very well.

Small corner room with weird angled walls. The shower head leaked water from the top. The soap dish was not properly mounted in the shower. The sink drain was not installed properly. We had to lift it to drain water.

Location, thats about it. Wish i stayed somewhere else

We visited the hope to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday. The team were incredible here and organised the room so beautifully with balloons and champagne. My partner absolutely loved the trip and we’d recommend the intercontinental champs elysees to other visitors travelling to Paris!

I’m currently looking for my Loro Piana Crocodile shoes, not seen since I left the hotel

We loved the staff, especially Frank and Jeremy, who went out of their way to help us with bookings and information about Paris and tour sites. Frank was very friendly and helpful. the hotel was very central to central Paris, and we walked to champs Elysee, the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph. It was a beautiful hotel.

The location is perfect close to the attraction and shopping

Small rooms, small reception and restaurant. Only one elevator for guests and house keepers. High cost without value. Very tight toilet.

Close to Champs Elysées street, has a good location.

Staff are not giving enough information, even about the services and the things that you can be charged for.Room has not been cleaned properly, just the bed is made and that’s it, especially the toilet.Water is charged and the free water is mixed; they don’t top up the complimentary water.Vanity kits are not replenished.Coffee is not refilled even when using only one per day.IHG points were not added although I booked through Booking.com — in all other IHG hotels, points are added to the IHG account regardless of booking source.
