Hazardous conditions in the shower stall, sharp piece of plastic in the shower caused severe foot injury.

Central location Staff very helpful in giving direction and geting us where we wanted to by taxi worth the money Will saty there again

Hotel Celtic was perfect if you’re after convenience and at a fair price.

The only thing I would have to say was that lift. It’s very small.

The location was perfect, the room had a balcony and a view, the mattress was almost new. The room if remodeled a bit would be very romantic and has a potential. The lift was very convenient.

The room needs remodeling, indepth cleaning and is very small, The bathroom door was impossibile to close. No soap, shampoo, bodywash nor a glass in the bathroom until the last day. No hairdryer. The price paid was inappropriate.

Even though I mentioned to the staff the few disfunctional items in the room like the light fixtures above the desk and above the Sink, Broken fixture to hold shower head, the towel holder dangling on one end with the screw. Nothing was fixed and no discount given except for a free breakfast for the second day as on the first day breakfast was not available.

There were beard trimmings in the bathroom sink and on the shelf above the sink which is, to be blunt, disgusting. I have to assume the cleaning staff did not bother with cleaning the bathroom.

Good location but poor hygiene management especially in the bathroom, there was a poop stain on the inner side of the bowl, the glass shelf by the sink kept sliding off, it was very dangerous, one towel had a major yellow-black stain, all towels smelt like they were soaked in strong disinfectant without proper rinsing as they also foamed when wet, my skin itched after using the towel, there was hair on pillows and the pillows smelt like scalp sebum. Insulation of the room was poor so the heating was not sufficient and it was noisy at night. Not worth the price, would not recommend.

Nothing good about the property, except it was close proximity to the Central Station

No hot water, door broken, restaurant had no food. Unclean room.

Staffs are rude, irresponsible, and the hotel itself and the room is really dirty, mold everywhere cleanliness not ok. They mess up to check me into another room and want me to swap, firstly there’s a guy came at aroud 11 pm and wanted to get into my room even said can he touch my hair ? The second day the reception asked me to move to another room without apologizing they made this mistake and force me to move or I need to pay more say “I must move” I have recorded everything. Don’t stay in this hotel it’s like the hotel in the horror movie, even worse!

Shower head wouldn't stay up by itself, completely broken from the bracket.The place was a mixture of old and new, it needs to pick a personality and stick to it

Staff nice. Location great. Toilet not cleaned. Walls paper thin.

It was well situated near our family. Close to bus stops.Housekeeping came each day.Plenty of restaurants in the street

Old facades, could do with an update. Rooms were tiny! Breakfast should be included in the price.
