Air conditioning was not working in our room during a heatwave. Manager was appologetic, bought a fan, and sprang for an espresso. I can't say I was happy with the response.
The smoke sensor said we were smoking and they want to charge us 200 euros! When I have never smoke in my life! The Staff was poor
The mattress was way too soft and old for a grown man...

Great location! Every day I would walk to the river to catch a boat and get anywhere I wanted . Lots of restaurants around. AC was the big reason I have chosen this hotel as well as fact they have an elevator. Room a bit small.

Bathroom wasnt perfectly clean. Especially the shower stall. Rest of the room was great!
