Cozy hotel with friendly staff, very clean rooms, and a quiet location close to the metro.
It was a bit noisy with the window open, but quiet once it was closed
The bed and the hotel's location were very good.
The room was small and the only window was a glass door which needed to remain covered for privacy. There was a disturbingly strong smell of perfumed rose in the room, especially during the night. Every light source was very bright. Breakfast options are not listed anywhere and I only discovered they had eggs because someone ordered them. I was presented with three rolls, some margarine and a coffee as "the breakfast." Ask for what you want because they won't offer to tell you.
Friendly staff at the reception desk. The room was clean and comfortable. We slept well. Reading other reviews I expected it to be smaller than it was. My family of three, each with our own carry-on bag, had no issues with the space (but we only stayed for one night, on a layover). The location is quiet, with everything you need easily avaliable within walking distance. It's a bit expensive for what it is but that's normal in Paris. Anyways, we had a pleasant experience and would return again!

Friendly staff and clean room. Good location for visiting the main sights of Paris
Location perfect, public transportation nearby, and a lot to discover in walking distance.Staff exceptionally nice and helpful.
Great location right next to the metro station, and also next to main highways in case you use a car / taxi to get out of the city.Cozy french breakfast - it is limited but has the essentials, like muesli / granola, coffee, croissants, etc.Room had all the essentials - wardrobe, bath, nice bed, table.
Disclaimer: if the temperature is ok (less than 20 degrees), probably all below isn't a problem. I stayed in the single room when the temperature outside was around 25-28 degrees. The hotel has no air conditioning, and the room is right on the ground floor and relatively small. So, I had 2 options:- windows shut: feeling like in a sauna. Good luck if you take a shower or a bath cause the temperature / humidity will raise even higher.- windows open: good luck sleeping - unless you have really good earplugs. The window was right on the street level, so I could hear everyone talking outside, cars parking, smell people smoking. See photo attached of the window from a street prospective - right behind the car. In the evening, mosquitos fly in to say "hi" if I have lights on. So as a wish to the property: at least the mosquito net could be installed. So if you are travelling in summer, do yourself a favour and don't stay in a single room there. Find an air-conned hotel. Otherwise for other seasons, I think this hotel can work quite well and worth the price.
Very well run hotel in a beautiful location in Paris. Situated in a not so touristy part of town, yet 2 minutes from a metro station and a twenty minute walk to the Arc de Triumph. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was quite small, but I believe this is common for Paris. They also have an excellent breakfast.
the position of the hotel was so comfort to access at the RER and also bus station, staff was cute and kind, our room was the right solution for us to stay in Paris 5 days
Great location, very helpful staff, no Aircon but didn’t bother us too much but it wasn’t too hot when we stayed, if it had been it might have been an issue, an enjoyable stay.
Bedrooms very small, didn’t bother us for a short stay
Very nice and quiet hotel. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is very close to a Metro Station. Lots of restaurants in the area. The room was very clean.
The room had a wall to wall carpet which I personally do not like.
Close to transport Clean, pleasant staff
great, quiet location close to metro, bus, tram stops. close to laundry, bakery, and restaurants (le petit champerret is a gem 5 minutes away). beds were comfy.
no ac, no screen for the windows (mosquitos are a problem). dislike the style of the sink faucet. would rather have room keys for all travelers instead of getting the key from the front desk each time.
Very cute place, lovely room, clean and friendly staff. Great location.
Good location to catch the metro or buses. Walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Locals neighborhood- cafe's etc. Cute with colorful window boxes of red geraniums on all the windows. The hotel housekeeping was nice and always left me clean towels, even when they said they usually don't unless you throw them on the floor. Overall, it was ok, a get what you pay for situation.
Very tiny rooms ( even for European expectations). The room I was in was right over the hotel sign and brightly lit all night so I couldn't keep the windows open for fresh air (no AC), very stuffy room. The staff was kinda just doing their job vibe. Had to leave the key every time I went out (expected in many older European hotels) but usually on return, no one at the desk to get it back (I was never coming or going at odd hours or unusual times). Rooms are dated and not super clean, but respectable. The shower was teeny tiny and I had to squeeze through to fit in- reminded me of the old telephone booths when you bumped elbows on the walls- imagine it as a shower.
Reception staff very good and accommodating. The hotel is lovely to look at as is the surroundingarea. Lovely garden at the front and lots of games if you want to stay in.
We had two rooms. The first was on the ground floor with no window which wasn't nice. The other was on the first floor and was much better. The problem is that the rooms are so small it is hard to move around what with luggage etc. The ground floor room only had a wet room and wasnt appealing.
Nice little hotel with ~20 rooms. Very well located. Nice & helpful staff.
Great helpful staffGood location Clean and tidy Nice lounge downstairs
A bit tight for size but that’s Paris. No lift but again - Paris!
