We booked this hotel mostly so that we could easily jump on the RER to the airport on our last couple of days in France. It's just across the street from Gare du Nord so easy to jump on any train including the Metro. Staff was great. Room was nicely stocked, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast option seemed really expensive so we skipped that.

Ease to train arrival, view of train station, restaurant, and decor

I loved the location near Gare du Nord and the variety of restaurant in the general area. it was also close ( a few mins walk) to the Louvre

Really loved the room. It was well laid out and had a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the restaurant (Nena Paris) too. Our train got cancelled and the location of this hotel was perfect for us.

    I liked everything!

great location, great staff. However, the room was a bit small. A smaller bathroom and a bigger room would have been better.

the size of my room. too small

The balcony room was great! I could step out onto two balcony areas of the room, and see the Gare du Nord train station across the street. As well as the street in front of the windows. The King size bed was very comfy. Color scheming, African colors, I loved. Was why I chose all these. The gold sink in bathroom, and chair in room were beautiful. A great shower. Glass door with a rainforest shower. And handle with shower too. With a foot rest. The liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles in shower were nice. And herbal scent, and silky soft. As was the lotion bottle by the sink. Plenty of room to put your suitcases. A refrigerator, safe, tv. Toilet is in a separate area of room, which is nice. You can hang your clothes on a metal clothes stand. The coloring, style is artistic, fun, and useful too. I added the breakfast, which is a buffet. Coffee, juices, milk, including Soy. Eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, etc. And you can make a Mimosa for yourself. (Champagne and orange juice) 2 Very quaint and cozy area for this restaurant too. They have two small elevators you can take. One can fit 2,3 people with your luggage. As well as the stairs. There is another restaurant they have, as well as a bar area. There are cafes just outside the building, around the corner. Many other eateries. As well as a few grocery stores, around the block behind building. It’s really a great place to stay while in Paris. And it was my first trip to the City! Bus station is right on the street by the Hotel. Easy to get to all major tourist locations. I loved my stay, will definitely be returning to this fun, convenient Hotel!

Location was excellent directly across from Gare du Nord. Loved the eclectic atmosphere and design of my guest room, perfect accommodation and design layout. Appreciated the mini bar free guest offerings! Front Desk team fantastic, warm, respectful, friendly and funny. Will definitely stay again should I have the need, have already referred two people to stay there.

Can’t beat the location if you’re coming from or heading to CDG. 2 minute walk to hotel ?.Room was clean and comfy and breakfast perfect. Highly recommended if you’re on the GO.

Understandably a very busy area due to location. But quiet enough to sleep well ?

Very fun and arty decor. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable

Pillows were flimsy. A bit dark.

    10LauraPosted on: 8-24-2025

The room was spacious and had great storage areas. Loved the quirky decor but still very functional. Had 2 large windows. Bed was very comfortable and staff were so helpful! Loved that it is across the street to Gard de Nord. Easy to get whenever you need to go. AC worked well and has 2 elevators.

A little dark in the dressing/desk area at night.

Good location close to train station

Price and style of rooms. No more than 1 bed per room.

    8ChristinePosted on: 8-16-2025

I liked the location and the staff were friendly. The room had a mini fridge w/ 2 free water bottles. That was nice. The bed was fine but no twin options which would have been preferable.

It was very expensive. There were no rooms for families so we had to get two rooms for four people. It was very sex oriented so maybe okay if you are on your honeymoon - I tried to tell myself this so I didn't feel too creeped out staying there w/ my grown kids. The shower...had a clear glass door open to the room - what?! So that was something when sharing a room w/ my son in his 20s. It also took a ridiculous amount of time to check in. I don't understand why it would take so long. I had someone checking me in for over 20 minutes. My kids were very concerned that there was a problem, but everything seemed fine - no problems. They took a 200 Euro city fee that was not mentioned on Bookings and every other place all over Europe had any city fee listed on Bookings. They said it was a city fee and then said we could use it to cover breakfast or other fees we accrue....SO - that's not a city fee [although they said it was required of all hotels in Paris - making it fall under the city fee category]. Plus it is crazy high. They said we would get it back when we left if we didn't use it. Checkout was also long for a checkout but nowhere near as long as check-in. I do not understand why they are so slow. I would say they need to enter the 21st century but I don't think it took me that long to check in or check out in the 20th century either. The staff was very nice though. I didn't ever say anything negative to them about anything but I heard someone else complain to them and they handled it very well.

The ambiance of the room, loved that you could go out on the balconies fantastic view, and the breakfast

Room was cramped when the couch bed was pulled out
