Great location, and has everything you need!
The walls were thin and it was loud
Location!
Didn’t feel clean. Fire alarm at 1am set off by a guest smoking in their room! Compared to Moxy Lisboa Oriente was not value for price.
It was a really modern fun location for our group stay with friends. There is a bar and a peaceful garden downstairs, you get a free drink at the bar, unlimited coffee, and loads of other cool freebies in your room - drinking water, toilettries, you can hire an umbrella from reception if you need to. It just has this amazing buzz, receptionists are young and friendly, I got a really warm welcome and was accompanied to my room to help me locate it, as well as I was offered a vase for my flowers! I found it to be a really lovely experience, the location is perfect, close to a metro station and a supermarket. On a Sunday there is a huge market just around the corner.
The hotel is amazing.Great breakfast, great facilities, comfy room and bed.Great place to work from remote, with free coffee and tea.The staff is also super nice.
Did not got the room, had to share it with a colleague.
Did not got the room, had to share it with a colleague. They knew that my room Is not available, due to some damage, sometime before, unfortunately they did not seem it as necessary to inform me by phone or mail upfront. On site, the simply told me it is not available. Therefore, I had to spend the night on the couch at my colleagues room. Got the promise to get my money back... Did not happen. Customer support is terrible, they only reply in French even so they communicated before with you in English. Can absolutely not recommend, if you are not a French native.
When we got to the hotel they had overbooked and transferred us to Marriott rive gauche by taxi which they paid for. When we arrived at rive gauche they knew nothing of the arrangement but eventually said it had been sorted and gave us a room for the night.
The hotel rive gauche was fine but when I got home I found that I had been charged for the night despite having already having paid booking.com. Despite a number of phone calls to both hotels my money has not been returned
The breakfast was excellent. A good selection of food and fresh
The wifi regularly cut out and you needed to restore it too often
Very "moxy" place. Free atmosphere, lively lobby. Very friendly staff. Cozy roons and very confortable beds. Very good location: easy to get to main attractions. Possible to rent umbrella if there is a need.
The staffs at the front desk were very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, the housekeeping team only cleaned our room 1 time out of the 4 nights we stayed there - and that’s after we requested thru the front desk staff. There were times the housekeeping team deliberately put “do not disturb” sign on our door and missed our room even after we personally requested the housekeeping team at our floor. Other than the hygiene issue, we like the hotel due to the location and sufficient facilities.
Great location.
We were on the first floor and there was thumping music from the bar till late.
It's my fourth stay at this hotel...The best location I love Bastille, it's my favorite neighborhood in Paris- everything is walkable from the Moxy doors. The hotel is small boutique but beautiful, pristine, comfortable, and the staff - the staff are everything- they feel like family. They are always are incredibly nice and helpful! I will always come back.
Very good, great staff and cool atmosphere in the bar area
The temperature in the room was a bit cold (for mine and my mother's one). We tried to adjust the thermostats but didn't manage, so perhaps to leave instructions there would be helpful as we felt lazy to go to reception at night!
Great location and rooms were quiet
Shower pressure and temperature control was awful1 of the 2 lifts didn’t work for the entirety of our 4 night stay Understaffed bar Bed was uncomfortable and hard Windows always full of condensation Aircon didn’t work properly
In general it was a good experience. The walls are very thin , so you hear everything from the corridor and from every side. And very hard pillows.Otherwise it was very clean and very friendly personal. Parking space is super narrow, like everywhere in Paris.
Nice breakfast
The room was freezing cold, and the lock on the door broke, which delayed my departure.
The location, it’s close to Mare district, metro station, Bus stops, good restaurants and supermarkets.
The shower cubical was too small and constantly leaking water towards the floor of the toilet. The floor of the toilet dies not have drain to the water was flooding.
Nice atmosphere in reception with the bright colour scheme. Friendly and helpful staff. Great free drink on arrival and tea/coffee options in the ground floor area. Lots of people using the tables to work or socialise, meaning I felt safe when on my own. I'm pretty sure that bar and other staff were keeping an eye on customers too, which was reassuring. Great breakfast choices, especially the gluten-free options. Excellent location with 2 Metro stops nearby, on a quiet street but near enough to walk to lively bars and restaurants.
Invoicing. Confusing results when trying to split the room payment 50-50.
