The room was pleasant. The multilingual staff was courteous and helpful.

The bathroom was small with no distance between one side of the toilet and the sink.

It was fairly clean, standard room.

Could have been bigger and a bit more clean more toiletries would have been nicer and water etc for two people.

It was great experience, very comfortable room for family, delicate staff on reception and during breakfast. Thank you so much!

Weak shower, lift out of order for entire stay. Room not quite clean enough. No bar, just a nook.

The elevator broke on the first day and wasn't fixed until I left 3 days later. We were on the 5th floor.

super friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing. The location is close to perfect with almost everything in walking distance: cafes, restaurants, city center, train station and metro.

Nice size room.

There was no air conditioning, was told by staff that the window needs to be left open to cool the room down. Problem there is a club down stairs and music is very very loud until midnight, then you have the rubbish truck coming at 4:00 am in the morning and the delivery trucks start delivering stuff to the shops at 5:00 am. So you get next to no sleep. Unless you want to sleep in your sweat all night to have a quite night.I won’t be staying at this hotel again. The wife said the way the bathroom is setup you need to stand on a wet floor while doing the makeup.

Excellent location, loved the renovated room and the staff were really friendly — especially Andrei.

Didn’t have breakfast as onward travel booked for the morning. Air con and ability to control the temperature of the room was great in the heatwave. We looked over the courtyard and were not disturbed. Glass water bottles (still and sparkling) refillable on the ground floor. Local Boulangerie and cafe/bars were welcoming. Hotel was within walking distance of the Seine and Batobus to visit places of interest and mainline train stations.

Great hospitality and compliments to all staff who were very friendly and always welcoming and helpful. Good central location, very clean rooms and good quality bed. Housekeeping was good, they cleaned the rooms every day.

Great location approximately 1km from Gare Du Nord, well positioned to the subway. Hotel is small and has a minimal lobby area however the rooms are reasonably sized (hotel rooms in Paris are typically smaller) and clean. There are a range of bars within close proximity however we were not disturbed at night by the late night socialising outside. The staff were attentive and very friendly

The location of the hotel is very good and the staff are very accommodating.

The air conditioner was broken and our room temperature hovered around 26 C overnight making it very hard to sleep.

Bed is comfy and room is quiet even the room next to the road but I didn't hear any road noise.

We didnt choose breakfast as we like cafes and the hotel one was in a basement so i would advise not to book that when you can sit at a pavement cafe

Great location and friendly staff!

This is my third stay, I have another booked for August with my daughter. Sadly the room safe wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed; there was no hand soap in the dispenser until we requested some, and toilet rolls were not replenished until requested. Milk in the room for the coffee/tea and a fridge would have been good but there were none.
