Hotel Petit Lafayette

Thomas was wonderful. He gave us great suggestions for dining and always gave us great directions. He also went out of his way to help us with other situations. Hotel Lafayette Petit has a great asset.

Spacious room with comfortable beds and with lots of unexpected amenities. A lovely personal hand written welcome card was in our room on arrival.Angelika and Vita were absolutely wonderful in addressing my concerns about the warmth of the room for sleeping. I did open the window, but Vita went above and beyond by sourcing a Dyson fan for me and even made sure it was working properly when I had trouble getting it started. Their attentiveness and follow-up really made a difference.

There was no way to turn off heating individually in the room. The setting of 24 was too hot for me to sleep at night.

I was upgraded to a junior suite with a balcony and it was great - lots of space and a good bathroom. The staff were lovely and super helpful! Good selection for breakfast.

The room got very hot at night, and because of the noise from the street, I couldn't leave the windows open. The breakfast room was a little small - it was fine during my stay, as it was never full but it would put me off rebooking.

Location is very good, room was spacious and clean, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Petit Lafayette in Paris and couldn’t have asked for more. The decor was absolutely beautiful—stylish, and full of Parisian charm, making the whole place feel special from the moment we arrived. I loved the mouldings in the room and truly felt like I was in a typical Paris apartment.The staff were truly exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even surprising us with little gifts, which was such a lovely and memorable touch. Special mention to Angelika and John who were so welcoming, helpful, thoughtful and an extra special mention to John who was very funny!The location is perfect, with the subway just steps away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city while still enjoying a calm, comfortable place to return to. Also close to Supermarkets if you needed.This hotel made our Paris trip even more magical. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

Nothing - it was exceptional. Highly recommend.

I had a really large room with wooden floors. Hotel appears freshly renovated. Sweet handwritten welcome card. Friendly receptionist. Good metro connection. Gare du Nord in walking distance (900 m). And so is the fabulous art deco cinema Le Grand Rex (1932).

For me, the mattress was not the comfiest ever (but that’s a personal and subjective thing). As for the location: not the most glamorous Parisian area (but not a bad one either). Nonetheless I never felt unsafe, even late in the evening.

The staff were exemplary! They were extremely nice and overly helpful. We were travelling with two small children and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit more comfortable and easier with the kids. Thank you front desk staff!

Honestly, there isn't a bad word I could say about the place. We would stay again if in the city again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent — close to major train and metro stations, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. Overall, a great place to stay and definitely worth recommending!

The Breakfast was absolutely delicious so many choices. The staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful.Loved the deco of the Hotel. We absolutely loved the location; it was very good.

It’s more of an aparthotel than a hotel. Hardly any facilities, breakfast very poor. Some staff on the door very unhelpful

The shower is in the bedroom! The sink is on the desk, the toilet is in a cupboard and overall the room is tiny!

The hotel location is very ideal close to multiple metro stations and several restaurants and my daughter loved the available complimentary scooters!

The housekeeping should be much better + shower head not strong. At night if one staff left the lobby the doors were locked and we had to wait for the employee to come back which was shocking to us and disappointing, there should be another way for guests to come in without the need to call the hotel, but overall the hotel was nice.

Wasn’t satisfied with room on my first night, switched to a different one right in the morning (and was promised that when complained at night). It was my first trip booking the hotel myself to Paris so I’m not quite sure about comparison to other options regarding value for money, but it met my expectations. Staff was very friendly. Cleaning staff perhaps didn’t know English enough to accommodate to my request to not put back coverings on bed so I chose to give up daily cleaning during the second half of my trip, but nonetheless good service. It is not a hotel you take to enjoy the hotel itself, but I think that it is a solid 4 stars for those who are after a neat aesthetic room (quite roomy!) with good service and the security of 24/7 desk.

Clean and comfy facilities. Location is great as it's close to the metro station. Staff were extremely helpful and made me felt very welcomed. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.
