Nothing to complain about.

Friendly staff, they were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was modern and extremely clean. The hotel is near to shops, restaurants, and more than one train station. Reasonable taxi ride to the Eiffel Tower.

Tiny lift/elevator and had to lift luggage up/down stairs. We also didn't like that there was only one lock on the door just above the door handle. Despite this, we would actually stay here again due to the cleanliness and polite staff.

A little bit small for families

A lovely hotel near the Arc de Triomphe, very clean and cozy. The staff were exceptional: attentive, welcoming, and genuinely client-centered. I would gladly recommend this hotel to friends.

No air condition in October and booking. Com has it with rooms w / air condition

Excellent location easy to find your way around and easy access to metro

Room was quite warm so opened windows but street noise was loud and lasted all night most nights of our stay. Aircon didn’t appear to work

It is convenient and quilt. Actually it is really a small hotel.

New cafe mechain which can offer more choices.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location

Small quiet street, but not so quiet during the night unfortunately. Each car crossing the street makes loud noise. City services during the night made really big noise. Very small elevator:) But other than that all great!

The location is perfect

The room needs upgrade and it is quite small. There are problems with the sound insultions between rooms. It was unfortunate that people in the room next to us were noisy.

Super friendly staff and a comfortable room with famous landmarks, metro and train nearby. Airconditioning is also very comfortable to have in the summer.

One time there was a power outage in the night, but thankfully there's always staff available at this hotel (24/7) so it was fixed very quickly :)

The location was fantastic. My kids loved the bunk bed. Breakfast had good options.

The elevator was tiny. The walls are thin and I was afraid my 2 small kids would keep others up at night.

The hotel was great. Good location and really good value for money. Breakfast was great and the lady on reception is lovely.

There was nothing we didn't like. The room was basic but was clean and didn't effect our stay

I loved the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Staff especially Habib(night) was very helpful and kind. I will come back there with pleasure.

Location is fantastic! Metro is very close and bunch of casual restaurants close by! Staff is helpful and catered to our needs to adapters and irons

It was exactly as advertised so nothing to complain. Elevator is small and can carry one person and luggage only.

Location was perfect 200m from line 1 of the metro. Room clean and good size.

The room is in the basement with no natural light. It's quite noisy in the morning because very close to the reception.
