Pros +
- The staff was spectacular.
- Very easy in and out entrance, good location. Very friendly and welcoming staff members. Checked in at 22:00, with no complications. Gave me a late check out for an hour which was perfect.
- Good location, very helpful staff- Patricia, very clean as well
Cons -
- All is good. The normal room is good for 1 person with 2 big luggages (that was my case), it didn’t affect me at all.
- Breakfast a la carte, I prefer the buffet breakfast
- Our experience was extremely disappointing. We had booked two rooms for two adults and a child in each, with an extra bed already included, yet during check-in we were forced to pay for an additional room. The supervisor a tall lady who spoke to us was unnecessarily rude and made us feel discriminated against, even though we were communicating politely.During check-out, there was a system mistake showing that we hadn’t paid for our room, even though we had. The staff member at the counter, Gulzina, raised her voice at us and tried to charge us again. We left the hotel stressed, upset, and shocked by the unprofessional behavior. We always stay in 5-star hotels in Paris and have never experienced this level of disrespect and hostility. This stay completely ruined our impression of the hotel, and we would never come back.

Nothing actually they didnt give any advantage The cleaning is less than good , also everytime i go to reception to tell them something about a problem in the room they laugh , they put us in a room that i saw i yellow cyrclr in the carpet and when i smell it its like a pee ,, also the heater in the bathroom was not working , i tell them both things , and they didnt try to fix or clean the stain on the carpet, if its about the color i dont care but i smell something when i go near it ,, after 3 days they change oir room to other one , its not deserved the value , even if its 4 stars i will not come again , i think this hotel should be 3 or 2 stars maximum.

We were given a room adapted for wheelchair users, even though we are not disabled. Accessibility adaptations are of course very welcome for those who need them, but they significantly reduce comfort for guests who do not. The toilet is very high, and the shower is completely open.We paid a substantial amount for the room and expected a very different experience.Assigning us to such a room without prior coordination was very disappointing.
The only positive part of our stay was the staff member Angela. She was kind, patient, and helpful throughout our stay. Her attitude was the only pleasant experience we had at the hotel.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to everywhere. The room was tiny but had a balcony which was nice. Bathroom was very nice and the heated tower rail was great. The hotel and room were very clean.
Spa was disappointing. Pool and jacuzzi same temperature (barely warm). No sauna only Hammam. On check in the receptionist told me he is putting a hold on my card for the stay meanwhile he charged the card. Simple mistake, but fixed.
Position and quiet
Rooms rather small, lighting complicated - bathroom cramped and dark passageways.
Good location
Room and hotel small. TV didn’t work properly and asked them to fix it. They didn’t. In a five star hotel that is absurd. No buffet at breakfast is poor. This is a 3 star hotel.
location excellant and large Superior King rooms are very good.
Air conditioning was problematic and lights in bathroom confusing to use with central light keypad.
Helpful staff, comfortable & clean rooms
A nice, clean and spacious room in a lovely boutique hotel. We loved the kingsize bed! Easy to travel from this location to anywhere in Paris. Metro is around the corner. Great for a weeekend to discover Paris.
Nothing really, we loved the place. We didn't use much of the facilities (Restaurant, Spa, Pool etc) so we are not able to judge that.
The location. The room and bathroom style and colors are very simple yet luxurious. The amenities are beautiful.the staff are friendly and welcoming.
Although the location is nice , the entrance of the hotel is facing a narrow street which is not really a nice view .
Facilities like spa and gym are really good.
Room was too small, felt a bit tight.
Facilities, staff, and available services
Small entrance, but does not matter really, pillow for me personally wasn’t comfortable
The hotel is stylish and well located, with a beautiful lobby and friendly staff.
My room experienced multiple power outages during my stay. I had to use my phone flashlight to go to the bathroom at night, and I wasn’t able to boil water for my baby. To make matters worse, the TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night. These issues made the experience very stressful and disappointing, especially when traveling with a small child.Additionally, the room cleaning was very poor — they left trash behind, including spilled baby formula powder, which clearly wasn’t cleaned properly. This is unacceptable in a 5-star hotel and raises serious concerns about hygiene and attention to detail.
Location, staff, hamman
Hot tub water wasn’t hot, it kept tuning off so sensors need to be for longer.
Location, nice modern deco and the room is very new. Good space of the bathroom, and when enter into the room. Good value for money for a small boutique hotel with a pool and spa.
The pool floor is quite wet
Spa & location was great. Food options very restricted.
