    • This was an excellent hotel. I do not know why they have so many bad reviews. We stayed in two different rooms. Room 10 and room 33. Both the rooms were totally remodeled. The staff were very courteous. The rooms were prepaid and I paid nothing there.
    • The location was good. The front desk personnel were polite and helpful.
    • Staff was exceptional. Room was very typical for old school authentic Paris hotel. Loved the feel. Breakfast was small but tasty. Location was close to shops, food, metro.

    Cons -

    • Everything was great! Location was great. There's a restaurant a couple blocks north near Montmartre. La Villa des Abbesses. That we loved. There's a coffee/shop bakery across the street. You can get fresh, cleaned orange juice and great pastries.
    • The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. There was no fridge or temperature control in the room. This was the worst bathroom I've ever experienced in my life: incredibly too tiny and the shower leaks.
    • you ripped me off

Location was great for wandering, breakfast was great, quite a lot for the money. Staff where fantastic and friendly.

was a little dated from what we are used to, but to be fair it added to the experience and was really comfortable.

The receptionist was very nice and professional. Good location.

Small bugs/flies, not sure what it was. The room also smelled like at the dentist. The walls were very thin, so you could hear everything.

The staff was very friendly, especially the night receptionist !the position was also excellent

My room was filthy! Stains on the windows, sheets, and towels. I preferred to turn off the light so I couldn't see where I was sleeping. I had read the reviews about the small bathroom, and once I entered, I understood what previous guests meant. It was so small I couldn't even fit in with the door closed. The shower water was lukewarm the first two days, and on the last day I couldn't even take a shower because it was freezing.

Overall I had a great time at the Hotel, I was a first time solo traveler and I felt super safe and comfortable while staying there. The room was very small, but perfectly enough for just me. The breakfast was simple yet filling and totally worth the 8€. My room was cleaned every day.On the New Year‘s Eve we all received a chocolate box with a little happy new year card which moved me to little tears, because it was so sweet. Bed and pillows were super comfortable, I don’t know why everyone is so dramatic …

Shampoo and Bodywash were placed outside of the shower and the bottle was not removable so I had to open the shower doors and stretch out my hand everytime I had to use soap.At certain points during the evening, I had small flying insects (looked like flying ants) all over my room, especially the bed, but they disappear once you start killing their friends (wasn‘t that serious)

    Staff, e poi niente.

We stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The room was terribly unclean—there was dust everywhere, and we even saw tiny bugs crawling on the floor. We were completely shocked. The reception staff were quite friendly and responsive, which was the only positive aspect. However, everything else left a horrible impression. I wouldn’t want to return to this hotel, as it felt very uncomfortable. While sleeping, it seemed like something was crawling on me—it turned out to be those tiny insects coming out of holes in the floor.Additionally, the bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and the walls were so thin that we woke up from hearing other guests engaging in intimate activities.Overall, this hotel was a very unpleasant experience, and I cannot recommend staying here.

Easily accessible from the Gare de l'Est, and good breakfast available. Rooms were clean and neat.

Bathroom for single person room is (understandably) tiny, but as a nearly 2m tall person, it was nearly impossible to navigate! Recommend going for a larger room if you are a similar height.

My room and bathroom were both very clean, with a nice shower and everything seemed well maintained. I also really appreciated that I was able to check in at 11am with no extra cost, which was a big convenience after travelling. The staff were polite and helpful, and it was great that they kept my luggage after check-out. The location is also a strong advantage, a cute neighbourhood close to the subway and main train stations, making it very easy to get around the city.

This hotel is clearly not 3 stars and it’s not worth the price at all — if it were 30€ per night it would be perfect, but I paid 100€. At first I was sent to the wrong room and I actually opened and went in someone else’s room, which felt unsafe, and even after receiving the correct card it kept deactivating I had to request reactivation twice. The front door is always open and the lift does not require a room card, which adds to the lack of security. The walls are extremely thin; I could hear every noise from the next room, including light switches, snoring, loud music, singing and eventually very personal activities... Noise from the street was also constant even though I was on the 4th floor. On top of that, the bed was very uncomfortable and left me with back pain.

The hot chocolate, location, helpful staff, comfy bed, heating very good, balcony

The pillows were bare fat, no lift access, have to leave key

Size of both bedroom and bathroom was good on 4th floor - nice little balcony. Plenty of room to move around - shower was decent enough size, compared to previous Paris hotel experiences. There is a safe in each room but no instructions/guidance on how to use and didn't need it in the end, so didn't ask any further. There is a lift, as well as stairs and it seems to be in a decent safe area

Radiator was half hanging off wall, but didn't bother me - screws were coming out of wall.Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that - but it is offered for 8 Euros I believe.

Good location, near Gare du Nord and near MontmartreCleanFriendly staffVery basic but adequate Rooms are cleaned daily

Very small bathroom No night table lamp on single room

It’s not really a 3 star hotel, it’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed in Paris. The room is like a prison cell, the bathroom is idiotically small, in order to use the toilet you have to keep the door open and your legs are in the bedroom.

My expensive jumper got stolen by staff when I left the luggage after check out. The cleaners were very loud each morning waking me up. The staff at the reception were friendly to be fair

Nothing. There was nothing positive about this location.

Everything. The photos and description of the hotel do not match the reality of the rooms/hotel. This is a glorified hostel NOT a hotel. The rooms are TINY. It is impossible to shower. The washroom is so small you can't use the toilet and have the door shut at the same time. There was black mold in the corners of the walls and ceilings and the walls were marked with dirt and markings. When concerns were brought up about the state of the rooms and that we would be checking out early and would be in touch to request a refund for the 2 additional nights we were not staying there, the property has NOT responded. I waited to post a review as I was hopeful that the property would respond and work with me on refunding the 2 nights we did not stay and left early. I was even happy to pay for the 1 extra night that we did not stay but only requested a refund on the other 2. I travelled with my grandfather who is 78 and has mobility impairment which resulted in us packing up and having to book another location. Because of the lack of response from the property, I only felt it was right to share with future travelers. BOOK somewhere else.

There was room service!!! I liked it the most, because every time I came back exhausted from the day, the bed was made and the room was clean!! Also, I was a solo female traveler and felt pretty safe and comfortable in the place.

The bathroom indeed was tiny. I had read the reviews before I booked the place and in a lot of them was told that the room is small, but I thought that for me (18yo girl) it wouldn’t be a considerable problem. Nah, it really was! To get into the shower and to close the door was pretty hard :,)Also, you can hear everything that’s going on around your room. And I mean the neighbours from the left and from the above. I actually heard the sound of walking of dudes that were above me.
