The location!! we had everything we needed in a few minutes walk

The room was kind of small for the two of us, but other then that everything was excellent

Friendly and professional staff. Very close to mass transit. Outside of the tourist area so nice to see how typical Parisians live, but easy to get to tourist areas by subway or tram.

The hotel room was smaller than I expected. There was traffic noise at night.

Clean, modern, nice breakfast bar. Windows when closed kept much of the street noise out. Close to the Metro.

It got too cool every morning and I saw no way to turn off the air conditioning.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is fairly basic, and if the staff weren't so lovely I would definitely not consider it anything special. But in Paris a friendly face is a welcome experience, and the Source staff are lovely.

This is a really good hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean but since it's Paris they're quite small. We had a family room which were two rooms combined with a small hall. Location is excellent, the exit from the metro is literaly across the street, the entrance 200m to the left. The hotel is located very near the peripherique and has a small parking across the street so it's easy to travel there by car, park the car and use the metro to explore Paris. Good breakfast too, the choice was a bit limited but since there's a bakery across the street the quality was excellent, very fresh bread.

While the rooms were good but small the bathroom was cramped. But most hotels in Paris have this, space is at a premium here.

Clean and comfortable with excellent shower. Friendly and accommodating staff at reception. Close to Montmarte and metro. Had a lift which was helpful with suitcases. Staff were helpful with providing a carpark and were accessible late at night. Shower had great pressure and was hot and reliable.

Decor was very basic and a bit shabby.

The rooms were great - one for our son with limited mobility had an easy access bathroom and plenty of space for us while the other room was on the quiet side of the building and perfect for our teenage girls. Staff were very helpful and friendly giving us advice on request about getting around on the buses, trains and metro. Great location to explore Paris from without being right in the expensive tourist areas. Even though we were further out, it did not take long to get around and we were only about 15 minutes drive to Gare Du Nord.

There was a bit of street noise a couple of nights but generally okay.

The metro was super close so that was a huge bonus. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Huge variety of shops close by. Small supermarket, chemist, laundromat, fast food.

The surrounding streets were dirty, felt like a bit of a dodgy area even though it was absolutely fine and we felt safe. The guy on checkout was quite officious this morning compared to the other welcoming faces we were used to. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Put your little door sign on the handle outside. On the first day we arrived late, we got up early and then came home to rest. I didn’t notice the sign but when housekeeping came in to clean and make beds she wasn’t happy we were there and said we should have put the sign up.

Quiet area, super friendly and polite staff. Perfectly located. The rooms were clean and tidy, and perfect size. Communication was excellent throughout. Didn’t have breakfast though as we wanted to go out and about, but the neighbourhood has lovely boulangeries and restaurants nearby.

Loved it all - but being English I would have liked to make a cup of tea in the room

The location was convenient for me - right next to the metro station, which made it ideal for an overnight stay after a late flight into BVA. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, and the room was quiet.

It was cold outside and the heating in the room wasn’t working, so it felt rather chilly.

On the positive side, only the staff were polite

I didn't like anything else. The furniture was quite old and worn, the beds were very small, narrow, and short. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.The windows of our room overlooked the kitchen exhaust fan. The safe didn't work.

The manager was generally very courteous gave us a kettle on request. The room furniture was well planned.

The direct advertisement tariff from Hotel was about 15% cheaper than the prize paid me to Bookings.com.

Easily accessible location and had really good boulangerie across the street and lots of halal food restaurants around. Close to a metro station and the rooms were small but clean

No refrigerator in room as stated in the amenities but hotel offered to store our things in their refrigerator.

As usual it’s exactly what we need. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and the room and bathroom is wheelchair accessible. The staff are extremely helpful, it’s our place to stay in Paris.

The only thing I would recommend they have a long handle squeegee in the bathroom to help clean up the water.
