Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room very small, but to be expected considering price and location. Beds and bedding very comfortable, bathroom clean, nice shower.

was a little cold in the room , no TV in the room, they don't have an elevator, and it's very difficult to go up with luggage because the stairs are quite narrow.

If you are looking for a good home base near metro, cafes and access to sampling Paris life i would reccomend. If you want American luxury (elevator, free breakfast etc...) book a big name brand. Plenty of outlets, small but nice hot shower, we had a three bed room. Big windows and for the most part quiet.

Nothing really, more nitpicking things if I had to say anything. The shelves in bathroom didn't really hold anything (were slanted and stuff fell off multiple times.

There was no elevator , but they did everything to suit our needs and make us feel comfortable!

Property in absolutely great location. Everything is max 15 mins walking. Stuff is super polite and nice. Rooms clean and the price is super affordable. Toilets and shower were clean and I never had line or people before me

Only one outlet. That’s a really really big miss. It’s impossible to charge all the devices in the same time + if u turn on an air conditioner - that’s it

Studio kitchen and wash can feel a bit cramped.

There wasn’t any elevator for travelers with luggage, and there was only narrow stairs which you couldn’t pass yourself. Even thought you shy take your carry on / backpack.

I liked the property because it was in good location. Stores and restaurants were near.

I did not like it because there were bedbugs in our room. My friends and I got red rashes all over our body. Those bedbugs were around in every bed very tiny bugs that people might see it normal but those are very dangerous and hard to get rid of.

We liked the location. We walked everywhere and was only a train ride or short uber ride to tourist spots. The room was clean. Had the basic essentials. Very basic room. The place seemed quiet. You don't really see or hair any of the other guests.

It didn't have an elevator so we had to walk up 6 flight of stairs. It says there is laundry available but the owner didn't seem like that we used it. I put my clothes in the washer and he said he would transfer it over which he didn't. At the end of the day we say it in a pile on top of the washer. Its also next to a school right across the way. You can hear groups of kids screaming at all hours that the school was open. I don't recommend if you're planning on sleeping in.

There is no Lift, and they didn’t told it, and they said it was my fault not to ask about it. It should be in the description that the hotel has no Lift.

The only issue we had with our room in regard to cleanliness is that the bathroom although clean smelled like urine. Not sure if it was the floor or if the toilet was leaking. There was what look to be fine line cracks on the toilet. No elevator, carried bags to the fourth floor. It was fine because we are young but would not recommend for elderly people or those with accessibility issues.

My single room had a very comfortable bed, the room was clean and had everything I needed. Fairly priced.

For some travellers the narrow spiral staircase could be a challenge and there is no elevator. Sound also travels in this old building, but luckily I did not suffer from noisy neighbours. Shared bathroom facilities, but made up for by a shower with decent water pressure!

The room was very clean and bright and overall, the hotel should be better rated than one star. The hotel also has free laundry facilities, including dryers!!!! The staff was also very helpful and even offered to print our boarding passes and tickets that were booked online. Overall, a very pleasant stay and good value for money.

Bread and croissant were good but it would have been nice to have more options such as eggs, yogurt, fruits…Great location Bed are good

It is clean, the staff are nice, and the breakfast is like home. The only issue was that there is no elevator and stairs are very narrow.
