Room was big especially for Paris. It was modern, clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect

Location was excellent surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants close to the metro The staff were really nice and we left our luggage till our flight uber and bolt always had a problem reaching the hotel don’t know why thoTriple room was very spacious

The location is great, it’s possible to walk everywhere and the district is very safe, clean and has a nice nightlife. The hotel is renovated, modern and clean. The rooms are quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. Walls are well soundproofed.

AC is quite bad - during the winter it’s set by default to 23 degrees Celsius and you can only decrease it to 20 degrees, which is way too hot for me. It turns on automatically when you close the window so it’s impossible to make the room colder for sleeping, I had to leave the window open which provided nice temperature but unfortunately it was quite loud during the night due to restaurants and pubs.

it was very central and very close to a metro. The room was a decent size with a kettle in the room. it had a proper lobby and very helpful staff

Good sized room with facilities for tea/coffee making. Good location to subway, (within 30 mins walk) of Montmatre, second hand shops and Louvre) and plenty of eating establishments.

Room was quite dark and very hot, we had window open throughout our stay.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the hotel was very beautiful and clean, the room was cozy and warm and clean, the breakfast was plenty of options and delicious. The decoration for christmas was amazing. They have locker room for your bag for your check out if you are leaving late. They have also coffee tea and extra things at the reception to have a seat there for relax. Was very very quiet in the rooms and everything. Because of the festive days the breakfast time was late than the usual hour so we can sleep more. Hot water anytime. Perfect location. 15 minutes to la fayette. 4 minutes to metro bonne nouvelle. Quite and safe area. 10 out of 10. If ill go again ill go there

They didn’t have slippers for our room but we asked if its possible and they brought us. They didn’t have water in the room and also small fridge. And the pillows wasnt good but that’s not a problem cos no hotel has a good pillow for problems with your cervical

Close to metro station and decent uber rates available to all major attractions

Hair dryer available as standard would cut off in less than 2 mins due to over heating. Rendered it ineffective and increased time for a family to get ready. Iron and separate hair dryer had to be requested separately from reception. Also, cleaning staff forgot to refill handwash on last day so had to use shampoo as replacement. These little inconveniences kept the score slightly lower than what could have been achieved.

Good location. Near to good restaurants and metro station. Walkable to Opéra

The stay was nice, the hotel provided pretty much all the facilities, although the room is very small than shown in pictures (which is okay because so are most of the properties in paris)

Since you are close to the city centre the parisian traffic gets a little crazy during peak hours. Transportation will be difficult. Plan ahead when traveling to the airport or anywhere.

Clean and spacious rooms and a lovely breakfast buffet.Location is central and access to metro is very easy

Everything was exceptional! Me, my husband and our daughter had a brilliant stay. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and courteous, breakfast absolutely delicious and the area was great! We would highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for such a great experience!

Very good location, near 2 metro stations. You can arrive everywhere you want pretty quickly.Spacious and clean room. Our towels were changed daily, the bed was comfortable, and the heating worked very well. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and we had no issues with the hot water.Coffee machine in the reception and in the lounge.Very kind and friendly staff. We recommend it and we would stay at this hotel again.

The street-facing room can be a bit noisy, but not enough to wake us up or prevent us from resting.There is no fridge, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and located in a very convenient area, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always smiling, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Cold room, while the weather at this period was very cold in Paris. There was no wall-mount heater. So hearing system was through the AC. I put it to the max, but I spend the night freezing
