1. Housekeeping Had to ask to vacuum my room, mop the floors. Received a stain hand towel one day and very damp towels folded on our sink another day Desk was not wiped down. 2. Food prices

From the moment we came in the staff was really friendly and helpful.

A little on the pricey side, but brand new and super clean.

Perfect location near the Eiffel Tower and Siene River, a busy tourist area w lots of restaurants and buses and taxis available.

The breakfast option for us, even tho we did use it twice in the 5 days we were here is expensive. It’s great if you eat a lot. We don’t.My husband was hot under the duvet and asked for a blanket. But they don’t have any.The deluxe king room was rather small and don’t expect housekeeping to show up every day.

I had breakfast and dinner including Food was very bad i had only two choices I ordered chicken and it was very salty I am very unhappy with the amount I paid it wasn’t worthy 1440 euro for just two nights

Everything! Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was amazing and the room was very comfortable and spacious. Also, cant ask for a better location.

This hotel was gorgeous and in a good location. It felt really safe. It was very family friendly, we stayed with our two year old and everyone was so kind.

The room needs more lighting , a closet and more drawers, nice ambiance! Breakfast can be improved, more fruit, maybe some berries, and the juice selection was poor, the rest very good, scrambled eggs a la francaise delicious!

VEry nice position in centre of Paris

After paying €650 for one night for a King room, I would have expected a much larger set-up. I can pay that amount for one night but; the minibar must be full, (must fill up a container of fresh water out the room...? Are you serious?) missing two pairs of slippers (they are a must even in the worst Maracas dives), a decent wardrobe with shelves; a French plug adapter; a bathrobe worthy of the name. In short, the amount paid and the service offered were absolutely disproportionate.

Good location & clean rooms

No bellboy - Restaurant closes very early - Water has to be refilled by you on ground floor!!!

Spacious room.

Shower was terrible, I’m six foot and it was the worst shower I been in.

Our third stay at the property, always a warm welcome and fantastic staff! Super dog friendly too!

Disappointed

I have an item in my room and it was lost after housekeeping cleaned the room. I raised it with the front desk for 2 days but there was no response. When I checked out, the manager did not show up to explain the status. Bad attitude of the staff and was unwilling to help. Very disappointed with their attitude and service. Need to take extra care of belongings.

It is really chic and elegant hotel. Convenient to reach all the destinations from there Polite staff Hope to come back soon

Dated hotel rooms in need of a refresh in a decent location

The rooms were very dated inside, damaged and extremely dirty - definitely in need of a refresh. Especially considering how much they charge per night.

Brilliant location, friendly staff. Handy underground parking!
