No one thing. We liked that they allowed us to check in before the normal time. We had luggage waiting. Staff was helpful.

Didn't have any English TV channels in our room. My wife had various 'bites' on her body due to possible bed infestation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was convenient.

Excellent location! Small rooms but perfect for 1-2 people clean rooms and decent breakfast not many options but good pastries. Staff is friendly especially the dark skin gentleman who works security overnight, very friendly and helpful! Overall great stay and good value I will be returning!

I wish the breakfast had a bit more variety hot food wise. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Location was peaceful. Good lighting of the hallway. Clean space and the staff was helpful. Lèa was exceptional.

My key fob didn’t work all weekend so I kept having to get the front desk to open my room (they were super accommodating) but fixing battery in door probably would have saved some trouble

Location was very quiet compared to the other Paris districts, close to the metro and bus station, very friendly and helpful stuff, breakfast included, clean, warm.The very friendly reception lady upgraded my room to the garden side double because of the misunderstanding in the messaging while booking (I asked for the quietest room because I have some sleeping issues, the hotel confirmed it’s gonna be on the garden side, but when I came - turned out they only had my type of the room facing the street).

The pillows were not comfortable - too thin, I’ve asked for another pillow option and received the same one. The size of the pillow was extremely small. Eventually ended up laying one pillow on top of the other - that was a bit toooo much, but still better than only one pillow.Also one night and morning couldn’t sleep because my neighbors were packing and the room wasn’t soundproof enough to cover this noise:((The breakfast was the same all 4 days of my stay with a bit of variety of fruits. I would prefer seeing some boiled or fried eggs on the menu.

This is a clean and professional and affordable hotel. Easy.

Breakfasts were the best part of stay in the hotel, fresh, good selection of foods, all morning.Room was efficient, little tight on space with a big bed in it. Kept the suitcase on one side of the bed. Appreciated the ability to open window. Quick hot water in bathroom. Respect for privacy sign.

Bit tight on space in my room, no temperature control, few receptacles, the main one - no USB connections.

If you are from an equatorial country and you are staying here in summer months, it probably won't matter to you if there is no air-conditioning. It bothered me, so I asked for and was given one. Anywhere outside the range of the fan, the room is very hot. I don't about winter season and heating. Tiny room, nowhere to put all my luggage. Wifi went dead several times. It's a budget hotel. You get what you ay for.

The location was good, the breakfast had a good range of options and a nice little courtyard. Th staff was kind. The room contained what was needed and presented overall comfort.

The building is of older days so it was quite hot, but there was a fan. Some of the lamps didn't work and the bathroom didn't have exhaust. But these were small things and didn't affect the overall stay

We booked for 7 days . I like that they were able to upgrade the room very kindly and understood our needs

Excellent! The breakfast exceeded our expectations and made up for some of the weaker points of our stay.The staff were outstanding and along with the breakfast and the reasonable rate would make us choose the hotel again!

The bathroom sink did not drain; the shower doors did not meet; the bathroom door handle came loose and the repair person was unavailable.

The hotel was Very nice ! The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good! The entire staff was so nice, accommodating and helpful. They assisted me with some extra things that I needed. It was nice to have an elevator because I was on the 5th floor. I was traveling alone and felt very comfortable. There were metro stations that were within walking distance.

The lighting in the room was kind of dark but the bathroom lighting was great. My room was very warm, but I got a fan at the front desk. No hair dryer but again, I was able to get one at the front desk.

Very strict with the rules. Ithey didn’t allow to sleep a family of 4 (2 kids under 10) in 3 beds for “Security reasons”. My husband had to sleep in another hotel. Traveling with kids are already stressful and having your husband kick out of the hotel is another level. Not to say that when we arrived, they called the police to take another lady out as well.

I liked that this hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood and yet it's close to the city center, 20 min walk to RER B line to Charles de Gaulle airport. Room was clean and there was even a radiator so I could adjust room temperature. The mattress was comfortable and it was quiet during the night. Breakfast was ok, I didn't spot omellet or any eggs but croissant was very tasty.

No kettle and fridge in the room (which matches the description) so if you decide to buy some cheeses as souvenirs you won't be able to keep them in your room.

The fact that there was 24 hour reception, clean, breakfast decent for the money paid.

The luggage room..is accessed by clients so didn't feel very safe knowing one is allowed to go get own bag unsupervised. The lighting in the room was poor. No kettle in room, no fridge. Is okay for few nights.

Cleaning

Excellent condition considering how little stars, great location for metro and buses, as well as a short walk from various high streets! Bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable, overall very clean and tidy as well, and had a little kettle with some teas and coffee too.

Our only issue with the room was the bathroom was quite small, so hard to get ready / shower etc without bumping into things, but not a huge problem just for the few days we were here!

The room was not soundproof. You could hear everything from the corridor.Although the breakfast was decent, it runs out very quickly and if you go late (but within the breakfast times) there are barely stuff left for you.
