The first room they gave us had no heating sistem and was really cold. The next day the staf changed the room

Hotel Sully is very well located, right in the city center and very close to Bastille Square metro station, which makes transportation to and from the airport easy and convenient.Major attractions such as the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower are relatively close and can be reached easily, especially with bus line 69 if you prefer surface transport and sightseeing along the way.The area around the hotel is safe, clean, and lively. There are supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants all around, so everything you need is within walking distance.The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was polite, helpful, and friendly throughout the stay.Overall, a good choice for travelers who want a central location, easy transportation, and a safe neighborhood.

The location is good, it is convenient to reach Gare de Nord from here.

It was very small room, you cannot really even walk inside if you come with family. The wardrobe was broken and the bathroom was smelly

First time in this hotel: excellent location, good price and acceptable room size in line with Parisian standards, good heating (Christmas period), convenient checkout time

Apart from location there is nothing good in hotel , they charge high price but the facility is of 1 star level. Even one of the staff member was so rude we just asked , tv is not working, room blower is not at all warming the room , On asking these questions which is mention is the provider amenities he got rude.

Clean and quite central hotel, good price indeed. The bus station is very close, the metro station is also ok.

The location is amazing, very well-connected with the landmarks of the city. The check-in was quick and simple.

The triple room was spacious and slightly above average. However, it is a bit hard to go up the staircase carrying heavy luggage.

the room was booked with the expectation i would find nothing special. expectation met. tv purely decorative. (in fairness, i did not report this until checkout as i watch all tv through the internet.) speaking of...decent wi-fi throughout the stay. clean room. fairly comfy bed. always hot water with tolerable shower water pressure. added bonus: 5th floor room = aerobic fitness center.

Location was incredible, very clean too

We went as a couple and were only given one pillow, and when we asked for a second one for the next day we never got one

The room was on the 5th floor, which made it a bit tiring to go up and down. It was also quite small, so moving around inside was a little difficult.

The hotel is well located. Nearby are a bus stop, metro station, shops, cafes, and bakeries. Clean bed linens, clean bathroom. The room was cleaned. It'll do for one or two nights.

The hotel and rooms are very old. They need renovation. There is a musty smell.

The room didn’t have air conditioning, has carpet and it’s very stuff in there, specially if you stay during in high summer season as I did.

It’s clean unpretentious and is in a great location and an inexpensive price

No Kettle, tea, coffee or cups

The location is excellent on a charming Parisian street in Le Marais district. The bed was comfy.

The decor is dated and some parts of the room seemed grubby and in need of a more thorough clean. My room was up four flights of stairs and there was no lift. No water had been left in the room nor was there a vending machine downstairs. There wasn’t even a glass in the room I could have used to fill with water from the tap

Lovely location, friendly staff, reasonably clean, quiet.

5th floor no lift was a bit punishing with heavy luggage. No kettle or fridge in room.
