Weird plumbing fixtures and street noise

The position di excellent, nera the metro station and the center. Room not so big, but clean.

I liked the location, everything was clean and all the basics were covered.

The room is very small - I was alone, so it was fine, but for two people it would be very tight. I would also appreciate a free bottle of water.

The room was small; but it exceeded my expectations. Comfortable bed, extra towels, lamps and lighting were available everywhere, small refrigerator for drinks was available in the room, wine cups, the bathroom was unique, modern and beautiful, nice bathroom floors, walls, ceilings and shower.

I liked everything! Make sure you check the "free breakfast" box when booking, because the breakfast is good and fresh.

Location

Bad customer service. Hotel staff cannot manager problems and create solutions they just sit in their chair on their cellphones all day.

The room itself was not like on the photo. On the photo it is much more light and beautiful. The carpet was dirty other then that it was clean

The breakfast was small but was well managed. the room was very large, peaceful and very central

Though one could make tea or coffee in the room there was no teabags or coffee until we comlpained. They didn´t wash the cups after either us or the guest before us.

We are happy with the accommodation for this price and the stuff was really helpful) before we got in we got our first booking cancelled so we had no where to go. Le Malown excepted out booking request in less then half an hour and we were given a good room to stay.

Everything was good

At the very heart of the "Paris that matters" - at the crossroads of the capital's most famous areas, combining old and new. Friendly personnel, I would like to especially mention Baaha at the reception for very good communication and extremely supportive attitude :)

Location is amazing. Very chill and nice place. Room was clean and modern.

There are some construction works in the street that start very early in the morning. And widows aren't sounproof enough. Ask for a room with patio view.

Breakfast!

Bit claustrofobic room. No mobile signal at the room.

Beds comfortable

ooms look far different from the pictures and very worn out. Not maintained properly. The shower spilt out everywhere. Tiny rooms

The style of the hotel was lovely so was the room and most of all the help and support from reception staff especially Idris he went above and beyond for me and was a really nice guy with excellent customer service!!

Location. Rapidity of booking and checking in

Breakfast was so so. If you don’t get there way before closing time you risk of eating only what’s left (no re-fill). Kitchen staff stop serving and start packing a little before the deadline

Stuff was helpful

The level of cleanliness was absolutely appalling. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. Specifically, I found the following:A dirty green cleaning towel left in the roomEmpty bottles under the bedA green vape left behindSmall insects flying around the roomA filthy coffee machine, which was unusable. No coffee pods provided or tea bags. A strong, unpleasant odor from the bed, suggesting unwashed sheets and general neglect.

Excellent location! The staff were very nice. The room was actually a good size compared to other properties that I’ve stayed at in Paris. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants in the area, which is always a good thing.

The toilet in our double room was separate from the sink and bath, which was a little odd.
