The check in was late and the staff was not good. And my reservation came with breakfast included but the staff said I would have to pay extra for it. They were just not friendly.
We were able to check in early, the Gentleman at the desk was very helpful and friendly.

No kettle, as I drink hot drinks often. I have to go to reception every time to ask for hot water.
The staff especially Christine was so sweet and very helpful. I also liked how clean the rooms were, Ty cleaning staff pays attention to details.
The facilities need a little upgrade and the TV’s aren’t connected to the internet hence no Netflix or YouTube etc

Brilliant location close to Gare de L’Est, which we arrived at, and Gare du Nord where we were departing from the following morning. The hotel was very quiet despite its central location and there were lots of cafes and bars nearby. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a good shower. T
