Not good

The room is outside hotel premises like Airbnb but not clear in the reservation. Price very high for it was … they believe to be 4 star hotels using ashtray as soap dish luckily there were not cigarettes…

Very cosy hôtel situated in a lovely area of 16th Arr.Spacious and very quiet room, nicely decorated with taste, with large bathroom and equipped with amenities, kettle, coffee machine and safe.Very comfortable mattress and pillows.

Quiet Boutique Hotel

I was unaware that Hotel Botaniste has an annexe of rooms completely disconnected from the main hotel. So I had to walk outside and around the corner to the annexe as there is a building in between which does not belong to the Hotel. This was a big disappointment as we should be told rather than presented with a fait accompli. So my expectations were definitely not met for this reason.

breakfast great - lobby location cold....hotel location good, cutwe garden concept - two buildings not disclosed when booking rooms - cold in winter to go to breakfast...not super convenient with coats etc. we were given rooms without heat - moved which caused huge ncnvenience and time disruption to our trip. new rooms were super small and on different floors - super inconvenient with family of four sharing bathrooms and watch over daughter with epilepsy.

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the room was beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, the staff mistakenly handed over my luggage to another guest. However, they managed to deliver it to my house without any problems. They were helpful.

There was a good selection at breakfast. A nice touch would have been warming the pastries.

My daughter paid a deposit of 100 Euros and we didn't get it back. We should have asked for it, but, also we should have been reminded of it. My daughter will contact you soon.

During my stay, the fire alarm was screaming at 3 am in the loudest volume to the point that it was causing headache. The staff said that it was a false alarm when the guests started to evacuate through the emergency exit, blocking us from getting out of the emergency stairs. I forgot my key inside my room so I had to ask for a copy in the receptionist, and I smelled a burnt toast when I was there. Probably that triggered the smoke alarm.

NICE HOTEL WELL LOCATED AT THE 16TH DISTRICT

OUR ROOM FACING THE STREET WAS NOISY AND NOT WELL ISOLATED AND HAD SOME TECHNICAL ISSUES, TO BE HONEST WE DID NOT ASK TO CAHNGE THE ROOM - BUT ROOM NO 10 SHOULD BE AVOIDED! (IT WAS HIGH SEASON AND HOTEL WAS FULL)

The location was nice, in a quiet and pleasant area, and the hotel itself looked visually beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed.

The room looked quite different from the photos online, which was disappointing. The phone didn’t work, and the TV/Chromecast also didn’t function. The coffee machine was dirty and unusable. There were some insects in the room, which was unpleasant. The breakfast was very limited and basic compared to other 4-star hotels I’ve stayed in, where the variety and quality were much better. Also, the minibar was chargeable, which wasn’t clearly communicated and came as a surprise.

Lack of staff to serve drinks at the bar/garden. Asked for a simple cocktail, they didn’t have vodka. No butter served with bread and jam at breakfast nor with bread and soup!

The king bed was great and comfortable,The air conditioning was working well The breakfast was OK.The personal was nice and great and during the last day when we were checking out and the elevator was broken, A nice person called Mohammed helped us to bring he luggage from the 3rd floor to the lobby without even us asking him. he was great and deserves our appreciation.

Lack of cabinets and drawers in the room and bathroom to hang clothes and put our items.The elevator was broken for 2 days and when we checked out, we were lucky Mohammed asked to help us.The room main door doesn't close automatically, and you have to use your key to close it firmly.
