Excellent location, very clean and the staff were lovely and helpful!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is great. Rooms was clean and comfy. Quiet as well.

Rooms looks a bit old, but very minor for me.

- A friendly family-owned hotel. All family members were very kind, I felt welcome.- Simple, no-nonsense hotel with good value for money.- Cleanliness of room and bathroom.- Hotel located in quiet side street near Place d'Italie, - Metro stop literally around the corner, giving you access to 3 different metro lines.- Lots of bars and restaurants and brasseries in the neighborhood- A very walkable neighborhood - Breakfast (9 euros) consists of a small pot of coffee or tea, a large glass of orange juice (made of orange concentrate), 1 large croissant and a large piece of baguette, with butter, marmelade, Nutella and cream cheese for your croissant/bread.

Clean rooms, friendly personal, small but comfortable establishment.

The best place in Paris for this walu of money. Staff super, they are doing everything what you will ask. The hotel is better in really then in photos. Super clean. Comfortable bed, good shower.

The room was very nice and very clean I spent 6 nights and I didn’t suffer from anything They clean the room every day

The most interesting thing is the location as it is near all types of transportation and beside carfour and a lot of restaurants The reception staff are very nice and helpful

The place is ok

No lift in the hotel, you have to klimb much stairs . No air conditioner. The receptionist told me not to eat croissant in the room cause in makes durt on the floor??!!??!!??!!

I like how the public transportations are easily accessible and surrounded by restaurants. I would also like to thank Gabi/Gabby at the reception desk for having a great energy everytime we see her, she’s so polite and warm. ♥️

The sound isolation of the room should be better. I got woken up many times by the banging of doors from the other rooms early in the morning.

No hairdrier in room, quite small.

That it is near the train station in which you can reach different locations in Paris. Also it located near shops and restaurants. The young staff are very supportive and nice unlike the older ones.

It is bit unclear. I booked through booking.com for the first night and I wanted to extend so I went to the receptionist to ask her about the availability, she offered me with a price higher than that on booking then I informed her I would book through the application, she gave me a difference of 1 Euro

Simple but cozy. The bed was quite confortable. Staff extremely kind. Breakfast maybe a bit too expensive for what it is but its Paris. Not too much choice but very good breakfast.

Concerning the tv set , in the bed the screen must be adjusted to get a clear image

the location of the property, there was plenty of metro nearby allowing us to explore the city in a quick way, there was also bus stops.

There was no elevator, and we were in the third floor.

Missing the elevator, the wifi was not working at all and 2 people from the staff didn't care, they were giving useless answers, while you could see the router was shitty. Some of them were not that friendly and barely spoke english, even if it's a hotel. The hotel itself is quite old-fashioned, it's ok to stay there because it's close to the metro but nothing excellent

The location is great, very close to a metro station. There are many restaurants nearby and a small store for essentials. The staff members were friendly and helpful

Not very soundproof. The room is rather small for a double one and the tiny fan provided does not help much on hot days.
