Very poor

it was really dirty, in the bathroom was another guest urine, it was disgusting, bad smell and nothing was clean

Rooms floors dirtyBathroo mouldy.We had mice/ rats eat biscuits and chips that were in a bag

The hotel is close to gare du nord and the metro. Many restaurants close by.

But noisy +++ very hot and not clean. Mice/ rats ate our biscuits and chips in our bags!!Booked 4 rooms and only one had a refrigerator. All rooms did have hot water even if showers were a bit mouldy.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. Very nice staff. Clean, inexpensive family room. Comfortable beds. Good location.

Very congested... no hot water in the morning. Even dustbin is not placed in the room....we booked room for three but definitely the room provided was not even good for two

The place has potential but everything was cheap and nasty.

Room was furnished terribly.Put a decent seat on the toilet. It was so thin and flimsy you bumped went through and touched the bowl. Just terrible!

We were looking for an cheep hotel appartamens with a private bathroom. This hotel gave us excellent value for money. All amenities, hot and cold water, linen and towels were clean.The staff was very friendly. It was not necessary to pay in advance, payment upon check-in.

The hotel is not far from the center, so the street is very crowded and loud until it's late at night, and the noise from the street can be heard in the room. If you plan to go to bed early, then this is not for anyone).

I booked as it was close to metro station. And yes it was only 20-30 meters from Chateau deu station.This station has connectivity throughout Paris.

Excellent location, value, and friendly staff. Room was surprisingly big for Paris.

Busy shopping district in the day and nightlife later. Perfect if you’re looking for that and need a place to crash. Recommend for solo travelers or friends.

Notin one the worst places I have ever stayed in

The whole place bad smell put use in the wrong room where other people were staying, no elevator all stairs, rooms were as dirty as could be holes in the doors any key card can access the rooms no kettle or microwave tv don’t work and a lot noise there

The location was okay as transportation was available. The restaurants were nearby.

The cleanliness was disappointing. The hotel is not maintained well. staff were not hospitable. maybe because of language barrier

The location is good, bit noisey at night but overall good value. I would recommend this for budget travellers.

Friendly staff

Not clean, not comfortable, not nice, wifi only on reception, very cold floor, no closet or drawer - impossible to organize belongings. No noice isolation.
