The location.

It was in a great location very near the Jardin du Luxembourg and on the direct RER line to Gare du Nord. We only had breakfast on the first morning but it was plentiful & set us up for our day exploring and enjoying the delights of Paris!

The bathroom felt rather cramped but we’re used to the lack of space in Paris hotel rooms

Good location - just around the corner from Pantheon. Quiet street, good breakfast, kind and friendly personnel. Everyday cleaning and towel change even if not requested.

Some room elements looked like a little bit old and used (damaged), but it’s not an obstacle at all - everything is functional.

Room was so small could hardly move. Walls are also paper thin so could hear everything outside and what people next to you were doing

Friendly and very helpful front desk staff, excellent location (very close to the Luxembourg RER B station, with several grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants within 2 minutes walk), feeling of safety in the hotel and the neighborhood, high speed WI-FI, the nice view from the small balcony.

The sizes (really small) of the room & bathroom and the elevator (just big enough for two persons at a time, without luggage; commonplace for old hotels in central Paris?). One of the two French windows to the balcony was not functioning properly (impossible to open), while the other (bedside) was difficult to access due to obstruction of the bed.

Excellent location, maximum accessibility, excellent, attentive and helpful staff, the rooms are spotless, and unlike many places around the world, they are cleaned and serviced every day

Maybe upgrade the heavy keys (which must be handed in at the reception every time) to a more modern keyless or card system.

A decent location, nearby metro and central

Charming little hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are not large, but very comfortable and spotless. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided every day, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The location could not be better — most attractions are within walking distance, and the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens are literally just around the corner. A perfect choice for enjoying Paris.

Sound insulation not the best - noise from next door rooms travelled easily through probably quite thin walls.Room was a compact size, as was the bathroom - but still had everything I needed.Minor point - no English channels on TV.

No light in shower. Pillows too thin and squashed. No tea facility in room .Generally a smaller space than the photos and what was expected

There was a weird stench in the bathroom. The room was not very clean! Was extremely small compared to the pictures

There was a lot of dust on the fan, the protective sheet (where you would put your feet if you have shoes on) on the top of the bed was worn off, with some damage

Good location, adequate room facilities, value for money. Very clean, sheets and towels changed every day.

Shower doors faulty, bathroom taps loose.At breakfast they couldn't cope with dietary requirements (gluten-free), it's not difficult, there was a small supermarket opposite where we bought our own bread. But that's typical of Paris.

Wasn't offended breakfast

Bathroom was barely usable, l am a small person and could barely fit in it. Mouldy floor and woodwork. European adaptors unable to be plugged in. Reception person (at night) was too busy on personal call to attend to me. Horrible experience
