Staff and location near 2 min from metro station

The location and the value for price was very good. The staff members were very friendly and the view of our room was exceptional!!

The location was very for Wine Paris and the staff were very helpful and kind

The shower was extremely small and there was an oder in the room

The Staff and the location a very quiet neighbourhood also the heating system was very good.

They don’t offer slippers, I think that they need to add it as a facility.

Location and the clean rooms

Location and nice staff

The bed was comfortable, the district is beautiful and quiet

There was constantly noises from the bathroom. We could hear all night long noises when other guests were using their bathroom. Also we had a strong sewage smell during the second night

Very good location in a lovely neigborhood, in a residential area. All kind of shops (supermarkets, bakerys, chocolate shop, cheese shop, buther etc), restaurants nearby. Close to metro and bus stops. The staff was really nice and helpful. The view from the 5th floor room is amazing.

Very clean. Small but suited our needs. The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Location staff and breakfast were great.

Very small room and bathroom.

The staff is very friendly. They helped with the train connection. Also they provided hotel water for evening tea ( as in room there is no cattle).I highly recommend this hotel. It is warm, good connection to evening and friendly staff.

You need to provide the cattle for boiling water, when you travel it is essential to stay hydrated

The staff is so supportive and speaks English

Is too expensive, smaller, old, little bit dirty, the safe box is not working, iron or basic stuff.

The staff in the hotel were exceptionally nice and helpful. The bed was extremely confortable.  Plenty of choice and lots to eat for breakfast.  Great location - close to metro/shops/ walking home distance from train station. Will definitely come back here.

Great position, nice room, nice staff

Great location, very clean, kind and helpful staff

I would prefer a full shampoo set to the bathroom.

I really liked the neighborhood and proximity to the metro. I also thought the mattress was comfortable and I slept well. I enjoyed being able to look out the window and see the Eiffel Tower. Staff seemed friendly, but not particularly knowledgeable. Not sure of best way to get to the airport, for example, which I thought would be an easy question.

It was a very basic set up for a supposed three star hotel. No coffee service in room or lobby. Very minimal amenities. Basic room with a small tv, electric tea kettle, and a simple bathroom with a shower. Totally adequate but less than advertised.

Caring staff that was wonderful with us speaking English

My stay was too short.

The staff, the location

The towels were dirty, there was no heating, only AC , all the room felt dirty, also there was mold in the bathroom

Basic facility, nice staff, good value for money
