The location was great. We could walk to most of the places we wanted to visit.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the shower head was broken so you had to physically hold it while you showered. Room was small and the hallways smelled of weed.

Excellent proximity to major attractions while still feeling removed from the throngs of tourists. Staff was courteous and the concierge cat was a very nice perk! Excellent air conditioning!

The bathroom could use some updating but water pressure in shower was fantastic.

The location was pretty good. Close to a metro station with many shops and bakeries nearby.

The room was too tight. The wall angles were covered with spider webs. Cleanliness could have been better.

Great location and close to a subway station, also Eiffel Tower is located to a walkable distance. Neighborhood is safe and very easy to move to different attractions

Shower does not have a door, it can get messy pretty quickly and the elevator is way too small, for couples with more than 1 luggage it will take 2-3 elevator trips

It is in a location easily accessible by public transport, walkable to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and a great outdoor market several times a week. The staff were exceptional.

Great location, it’s a 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and the area felt safe.

The rooms were very poor quality, they were small and had very poor sound proofing. The AC was not working when we stayed and we raised it with the reception staff, they said they fixed it but nothing had changed. We could hear our noisy neighbors the whole time and they were quite loud late night and early mornings which made our stay quite unpleasant. The price was comparatively cheaper but there are other properties with better amenities for this price.

The room was so tiny that there was no room for furniture so I was unable to unpack and had to live out of the suitcase all week. It was chilly at night but no heat. The biggest problem was that there was an awful smell in the room that required me to keep the windows partially open day and night. Not sure of the source but I think it was coming from the bathroom.This was the worst hotel experience I ever had!

Not too expensive for Paris. Well located. Clean. Simple but comfortable. Calm.

Very nice room in a great location. Front desk staff were very helpful with suggestions on nearby restaurants, and on transit. The morning buffet was delicious and a very reasonable adder

The carpets in the room need replacing or changed for flooring. Small elevator. Shower is very small and doesn’t have a door, so water sprays on floor.

The hotel was in the perfect location for us. It was about 15 minutes walk to the Eiffle tower depending how fast or slow you walk.The room size was fine, it was what was expected. It was not a problem. ( sorry forgot to ask receptionist name but she was fabulous.She gave use many tips and help). She is a credit to the hotel. I would personally use this hotel again no problem.

Personally i didn't think the breakfast was value for the money but that is just my opinion 12 euros each. The shower head was rusty but worked fine. The lift could only fit 2 people in or 1 person with luggage but that was no problem to us.

The location is great, main attractions only walking distance we barely used the metro unless its 50 mints walk, the tower is so close, many resturants and cafes around, supermarkets close by, the room service is EXCEPTIONAL, every day and spotless, reception guys are friendly and helpful, the balcony is a plus, comfortable beds and very good shower pressure. Definitly staying their again.

Nothing. But they need to put so much in the breakfast but thats ok as you can tell the hotel is very new and they stil work on getting things done.

The staff was very helpful with finding places to go to my liking. The room was small - but, it is an older hotel and how much room do you really need? It was perfect sized.

It could have used a few more towels.

Staff is very helpful, hotel location is very good and in quite place. Eiffel tower and Ciena river are in 10/15 minutes walk. Room is very clean.

I stayed here back in March and my experience was amazing! The staff at the hotel were very friendly! I unfortunately do not speak french, but the staff was more than willing to help me out with everything and were very pleasant to talk to. They spoke English, which was very helpful, even though it was certainly not a requirement. I cannot say enough nice things about the wonderful staff here! On top of that, the room was well taken care of and very comfortable.

No complaints, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The fact that this is a non smoking hotel!The location is excellent. The streets are lovely.Just a 15-20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tour.It is a safe and quiet place during the night. Every morning a bird was singing and it was great!

Please make the ‘non smoking hotel’ information bigger. I do not smoke and i loved the fresh smell in the room.
