Staff were lovely, was able to have an early check in and the breakfast attendent was very sweet and helpful.

Location was good and easy to access

Room was small and House keeping staffs were not clean well and not refilled the coffee even they didn’t clear the used tea cups.

Very helpful, pleasant staff.Although the room and bathroom were small (especially the bathroom) they were well laid-out to mean that the space could be used confortably.Everything worked well.Good-value breakfast.Location ideal for a late arrival or early departure from Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est.

The room layout could have been even better, for instance a small desk/dressing table rather than a coffee table.In an ideal world there'd have been no steps tp the front door, nor to the lift. And the lift might have been bigger. But it's an old building and I guess there are limitations.

Highly recommend staying here. The room is clean, modern and has everything you need to rest comfortably. The overall hotel is very nice as well: chic lobby and great decor. But above all, the staff was great: so kind, welcoming and provided great suggestions. The communication before and during the stay was top-notch. I will happily come back here.

Great location, very central to both train hub (Gare du Nord and Gare du Eest) and to the city itself. Perfect when you are travelling for a few days. The place itself is very cosy, with a very nice style of design and good amenities. The reception employees are very welcoming and ready to provide a good service, rare occasion

Location was wonderful.4 minute walk from Euro Star.Lovely hotel, clean and smart.Staff were friendly and professional, especially Oceano who welcomed us.

It was ok location close to the station and the bed felt comfy

The rooms didn’t feel comfortable. There was a big piece a flooring missing which felt like we’re going to fall down with the entire room. There was very strange smell that was overwhelming. The breakfast was extremely poor

The hotel is really beautiful. I loved the perfume you can smell in the lobby. The staff is so nice! And the breakfast was cheap and delicious. Hotel Lena is located on a busy street but it’s not a problem at all to sleep well. The location is particularly convenient when you need to take a train at Garé du Nord

Very nice, 5min walking from the train station (Gare Du nord), amazing near by restaurants, coffee shop, cross the street the shop Aldi, the reception ladies was very friendly helping us with nice tourist place to go. 10/10 I’ll be back 100% !

I had asked for a quiet room because I had to make a very important call but they gave me probably one of the noisiest, so I had to request a change, which happened without problems, and I am grateful for it. Overall, room and bathroom are very small, something to expect considering the area

The whole property was comfortable and clean. The staff were a great pleasure to encounter - very helpful, polite, friendly and multi-lingual. The property was super convenient to the Gare du Nord. My room was small but very comfortable and well - organized. The decor was up to date and chic, the bathroom was immaculate, and the air conditioning was very nice during a hot few days!

A very welcoming hotel with kind staff. The location is excellent, very close to the station.

The rooms are nice, the decor is quite peculiar and we liked it a lot! They are quite small, though. But for a night or two, it’s the perfect option.

There was no heating in the bathroom and you could hear quite some noise from the traffic outside.

Very friendly staff. Felt welcomed by the great scented smell as I entered the lobby. Decor was really nice, everything was clean and comfortable. The shower also very hot and powerful.

The only fault was the main light didn’t switch off it was on constantly even when I pushed the off switch. I found out this fault too late in the night before bed to visit reception so I had to take my key card out to turn all the lights off. Aircon also abit noisy and blew out some cold air.

The room is very small and the bed was not really clean

The staff were very friendly and clear with instructions for breakfast etc. The whole place is spotlessly clean and stylish. I particularly liked the choice of photos in the breakfast room. The bed was perfect. Breakfast had a good range of items for every taste. I will definitely be back. Thanks!

Nothing, but if you get an option for a higher floor, I would take it, as the traffic fumes on the main roads are noticeable when you open a window.
