    Pros +

    • Friendly staff and quiet location
    • It's a curio hotel by Hilton. It is a Paris favorite. The staff are all knowledge and professional. They are helpful and friendly. They have a restaurant in the facility and getting around is safe and easy.
    • Great hotel, lovely suite, better staff especially the Front Desk manager from Sri Lanka was brilliant and really took care of us while we visited for our 14th wedding anniversary.

    Cons -

    • The room was horrible despite it being a king privilege room. Dirty, smelly carpet with stains and dark without adequate lighting. Extremely noisy outside despite being in a residential area.

    • Unfortunately there was an elevator out of order during my stay, which caused the second elevator to be a little crowded but nothing too bad, and not the hotel’s fault.

All the staff were amazing, always smiling and ready to help. The restaurant was amazing and the room was beautifully decorated and spacious considering you’re in the centre of Paris.

The staff were great. Great customer service

The staff were great. My wife and I didn’t like the blood stains on the sheets. Their policy on holding a price on your card is wild. They went from 225 euros to adding 300 euros. Didn’t make sense

Great location, loved the hotels style and coziness it offered.

The tv functionalities weren’t the best and that’s a shame as everything else about the room was perfect. The breakfast situation is weird, it’s almost like it’s never enough food down there, but what was there was very tasty.

Great stay at Niepce Montparnasse. Location and service were amazing with a welcome pack at check-in.

Loved the location, easy to get to, lots of great shops, eateries and bistros very close and if your happy to walk a little, so many more more things to see and experience. The Catacombs was a short walk for us.Train/Metro just around the corner which was extremely convenient and not far away was a big interchange for our other travel.Loved Montparnasse as an area, felt a bit more suburban with all that you needed for a few days in Paris.

As we arrived there are quite a few stairs to walk down to the entrance and with big heavy bags and no assistance was a little disappointing. The rooms air conditioning wasn't very good, we would set it to our desired temp and it would revert back overnight to a hotter and less airflow, so we woke up quite congested.

    - Staff were very welcoming on arrival. They were aware that we would be arriving mid-morning and they did their best to accommodate that. A room was ready for us. We really appreciated that.- Large room. Bed very comfortable. Great bathroom. Water bottle given each day. A very nice space to relax.- Sam the bartender was kind, friendly and attentive. He provided great service.- The bar area was nice and comfortable. Happy hours at the bar was great.- Breakfast was also very good. Good choices and the quality of the good was great.- All staff were friendly and helpful. Always happy to help.

Lovely hotel, beautiful decor, comfy bed and really friendly staff! And something I never take for granted: a quiet hotel, street around the hotel + in the room so good sleep and stay overall.

mediocre hotel, I do not want to write 2 or 3 sentences, as booking requires, because it was a mediocre hotel.

the room was very small, but that is usually Paris. The breakfast tho... They have this stupid option were you have to choose how many people come for a double room, never saw this before. It was chosen 1 person by default so I had to pay an extra breakfast / day. I NEVER encounter such thing in another hotel. If I book double room + breakfast it should be for 2 people. The hairdryer did not work. Very poor breakfast for 22€/day/person. 2 types of cheese?! really, in France, in Hilton?! Come on, it was a corner of food, very poor. They blocked the full amount of the stay at the beginning, usually, in other hotels, they just register my credit card. THEN, they charged my again 1 day after, so I was charged twice. Very sad I chose this hotel, not worth!!!
