Price, room size, balcony

The hotel was very clean, cute, and in a great location. The comfort room and bathroom was a good size.

The wifi was terrible. It either barely worked or didn't work.

Small room

The night staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with wonderful dinner reservations.

The rooms were SO small and you could not have a cup of coffee without being charged 4-7 euros.

The staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel has an intimate feel and is extremely well located.

Our room was little small (although very nicely decorated). The view was not amazing as it looked out onto the back of the building but the loo was spacious and the shower was very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Solly Hotel and especially loved how quiet the location was, despite being in the heart of Le Marais. It felt peaceful and tucked away, yet still walkable to so many great areas. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it a nice place to come back to after long days exploring Paris.The staff were all lovely!

We had placed the “no housekeeping” sign on the door, but housekeeping still entered the room and cleaned while we were out. Our personal belongings—including luggage, bags, clothes, and passports that were left on the bed—were moved around. Since we weren’t expecting anyone to enter, this felt a bit violating and caught us off guard.Another small downside was the lack of a mini fridge in the room, which would have been helpful for longer stays.

Lift is too small

We loved the location, the breakfast was delishes and rhe staff were helpful and kind. Very beautiful area safe.

The elevator was very small and the bathtub was very high and difficult to get out of..

Great location, great lobby area and breakfast areas. Elevator and room were small but that is to be expected in Europe. Room clean, well-decorated (beautiful balcony with Eiffel Tower view!) and bed was comfortable. All staff were lovely but we dealt often with Edwige who was friendly and helpful and a pleasure.

Well located and close to metro and a lot of points of interest (cafes, restos, art galleries, shops etc)

The windows were not well insulated and there was noise during windy nights

Staff were very nice and extremely accommodating. Location is amazing, right by the Marais and the lovely restaurants and bars it offers. Rooms were very clean and beds highly comfortable.

The rooms were quite small, there is little room to manoeuvre around the room or sit and chill, therefore forcing you to go out and do something. Common spaces were nicely furnished but did not feel cosy to hang around in. Moreover, I could hear the upstairs rooms shower, watching TV, or walking around. So it was a little noisy. The street was a little noisy too but you cannot fault the hotel for that. Also we had some issues with the shower as the shower head would spray over the top of the shower door - making the whole room wet.

Clean hotel, central location to everything, nice cafes around, true parisian, friendly staff, decent room service options, easy to get to from station, safe and good views

They don't fill up the water in the room you need to get it from the downstairs bar. A small thing but worth noting.

At night someone tried to enter our room, not sure if it was by error but luckily our hotel room door was locked

Best hotel I’ve been in Paris. Great room size, Great staff, BEAUTIFUL hotel, the stay was amazing. the location is great.

There are no water bottles in the room because of recycling which is great but the water that is given has a very distinct and weird taste.
