- Leaving the rude staff behind
- Location was amazing. Near public transport and amazing cafes. The hallways smells so fresh and clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. Highly recommended. Also, the full size kitchen was a major plus.
- The kitchen came fully equipped with everything we could have needed. We were worried about needing to buy these things but the room even came with complimentary dish soap and dishwasher tabs. The hotel was quiet and the staff allowed us a late checkout!
Cons -
- The staff we super rude. They will only clean your room for 25 euros. If you need more towels you have to ask for the morning. The night guy Jean Paul or whatever was a total jerk and would give any. They wouldn’t take out the trash. Rudest hotel staff
- We received different information from different staff members that led us to be overcharged. It was cleared up and compensated for thankfully. The maintenance crew also only comes Monday and Friday so we were stuck without light for a weekend.
- The staff was not helpful at all and they were quite hostile. We probably accidentally left a wallet in the safe. The driver was waiting to take us to the airport and they didn’t want to check the safe.

The apartment was spacious.

The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient with daumesnil station just a 2 minute walk. I really liked that they had a small area for children to play and unwind. The rooms seemed a bit dirty.
This place is not very welcoming and friendly to their patrons. I didn’t have a bad experience but I also didn’t have a great one. It would be helpful too if they would let guests know about their laundry service and fitness area.
The facilities, its location and safety .
The cleaning services wasn’t everyday and it didn’t really matter though .
I love the fact that it gives you value for your money . The location , facilities and staff are amazing. I have stayed here a couple of times and it is my preferred apartment anytime I am traveling with family.
There is basically nothing not to like about the property .
Excellent option for a family better than two separate rooms. The kitchen is great and well equipped.
Some Maintanance and cleaning are over due.
The location was good, neighborhood was even better, easy access to public transportation (both metro and bus), near markets and restaurants etc. spacious room with good kitchen
It’s in a quite neighborhood with direct access to metro line within walking distance.
During our stay, there was no room service even though we stayed for 5 days. Every time we would request toilet paper, the reception staff will only give us 1 roll and tell us to come the next day for another, which is unreasonable. When we arrived, the staff at the reception claimed at first there are no rooms available at the hotel, even though we booked and paid for our room online! After 10 mins, the room suddenly appeared to be available. This shouldn’t be a four star aparthotel!
Our studio was clean, and very quiet. We slept very well. Staff was very helpful and friendly when we asked questions. There are grocery stores nearby, markets, and restaurants. The hotel is close to the Metro - which we used daily. There are also parks nearby. We flew in from another continent, and so had requested an early check-in and staff were able to accomodate our request. A definite plus. If we are in Paris again we will definitely consider staying here again.
We would have appreciated having free towels exchanged regularly. We would have needed to get them from the front desk but only realized this the last day of our stay.
Very close to Metro stations, bistros, supermarkets(3 of them) and bakeries. The facility feels safe and rooms are spacious. There are ample appliances in the kitchen. Bathroom is large too.
On the second night of my stay I asked for new bath towels but was told by front desk I have to talk to cleaning team the next day at 9:30. The said towel dryer also does not exist. Being as a traveller I could not afford to wait that late in the day so I had to iron dry the used one. To my dismay there are tons of clean towels in the front desk drawer when the next day I asked again to a different receptionist. I don’t know why i got different treatment but I hate to give a low rating on staff just because one bad stain.Another bad is there are missing cooking utensils like a spatula. I had to use chopsticks to stir fry. Again I was told to ask kitchen team the next day at 9am. Again I cannot wait that late.It gives me mixed feelings as the venue has pretty impressive hardware but missing critical ones, and wonderful staff except one. Sigh!
Everything was great ??? except one rude staff at the reception...
Rachel was extremely rude, passive aggressive, and mischievous since our check-in. I've never spoken to a receptionist with such a poor attitude and lack of respect for clients. I am shocked that you would actually hire someone like this because she clearly discriminates against certain clients (we have chatted with other friendly travelers during our stay, and we knew what's going on). As an experienced traveler, I really did not expect this type of treatment from a highly rated hotel like Adagio. After speaking to me in an extremely condescending and rude way, she quickly calmed down when I pointed at her lies as well as her discriminative behavior, and informed her that I will contact the highest adagio manager. This property should really do better. This is not how customers deserve to be treated.
The room was comfortable and good size, a nice kitchenette, large bathroom. We also had a nice view of a park from our room. The windows could open a little, allowing fresh air circulation. There were quite a few storage closets, but only one of them had coat hangers. The down side - the double bed was actually an open sofa bed, not the most comfortable bed. It was tucked to the wall meaning one of us had to crawl down the bed to get off it. There are 2 metro lines near by, 6+8 and Also a little further away is Gare de Lyon with many other lines. The local highline is near, a really nice walk. The Bois de Vincennes is 1 km away, perfect if you like jogging. There are also cafes, supermarkets and laundromat's near by, and on the weekends there's a nice street market next street.
The sofa bed. The tub-shower - I am a little weary of slipping in the tub, so having to lift a leg to get in or out, with nothing to hold on to, is not good for me. I prefer a regular shower, without climbing into bath tubs. For some reason, only my husband could connect to the WiFi. I had a Data eSim, but still it would have been nice.
Calm,.safe neighborhood, close to metro stations, great hotel, clean, spacious.
Need to have more frequent cleaning services
Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Rooms are looking pleasant. Staff member on the desk was polite and he did a good job at checking us earlier than usual when we stated that we did a long trip and sleepy. Thank you.
One staff member in the open breakfast buffett was not polite. She was monitoring people for the things they took to their plates and putting them on the psychological pressure during the entire breakfast. Cup sizes were small and it was not easy to drink a good amount of drinks during the breakfast and you needed to wander around to find enough liquid. Egg boiling system needs to be improved.
I like apartment hotels as u can make ur own coffee, and meals and generally have more room than in a normal hotel. The apt room had lots of cupboard space.
The toilet and bathroom felt more like a ibis style rooms you find close to the highway. The floors were cheap and sticky. The location was ok but a bit far from the more central parts as there is nothing much to do in this area
Location is perfect for discovering the city. We appreciated the parking space/ rare in Paris.
We missed the daily cleaning and it was not the same room as on the photos. It is expensive but quite ok in terms of the Paris standards.
There's a lot to like about this hotel. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The room was very clean and decorated to a modern/high standard. The location wasn't central, but a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro station gave us quick and easy access to the whole of the city. The hotel wifi if free and fast (~70Mbps) and worked perfectly the whole time we were there.
The local visitor tax (around €17 per day) isn't made very clean when booking so if you're staying a week or two, that can be an unexpected extra cost on arrival. We didn't opt for the breakfast at the hotel, but at €19.90 per person per day, that could also be a sizable cost if you're opting for it.The heating/cooling system seemed to switch on and default to 23C a few times a day. So even though we kept switching it off it would automatically come back on again overnight making the room cold. Not an issue, but something to be aware of, rooms are only serviced once a week so if you're staying less that 8 days the room doesn't get serviced or bins emptied.
Quiet. Clean.
Our only criticism - we found the electric hob difficult to operate.
