Grand Hôtel Malher

Location and staff

Room was too small

Great location. Friendiy staff. Room was very clean

The room was a bit small

Location. Good staff

Miscommunication on cancellation policy cost me $330. Hotel management unwilling to own their part in miscommunication.

Pleasant staff, nice room. Clean. Large bathroom and huge shower.

Air was on heat only rather than allowing to switch to AC. but windows opened so that was an easy fix.

Location is perfect . The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. A lovely place to stay.

5 minutes walking to lively areas of cafes & Restaurants ,...

Gorgeous hotel in a central location. The rooms were clean and bright with a fridge and kettle provided for tea/ coffee. The reception was staffed 24/7 and staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with regular transport nearby including bus and ferry transport really useful for seeing the sights in Paris.

Grate location, clean, friendly staff, comfortable mattress, cosy room, non-smoking hotel.

Great location, right next to the metro station and the main streets of the Marais, but still very quiet. Our room was clean and comfortable, great shower.

I booked the cheapest room on booking not expecting much, and it still was very good room. Clean, comfortable, enjoyable to be in. Also even though it was snowing outside and very cold, I was worried about heating, since older hotels sometimes tend to be cold, but heating was very good, regardless of weather outside , on the inside of the hotel and in my room temperature was nice and warm. Location is one of the best too. And I liked the slippers they provided, so cute.

I liked my stay

Excellent location in the heart of le merais, well maintained and a wonderful staff. Thanks to Emanuel for his help while check-in. Will definitely return again!

Absolutely adorable boutique hotel in an amazing location. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Walking distance to public transit, delicious restaurants and great shopping.

Hair dryer would stop working when too hot.

Clean and good location

Staff wetent that great . Other reviews stated they were hreat and that was a factor in us picking this property

Excellent Service, cleaned rooms and great stuff. Good location for metro

All was good and as described

Excellent location, quiet, clean, staff were helpful and very nice rooms.

Perfect location, excellent staff: Receptionists were very friendly and helpful, even let me check-in early. Room was very comfy and spotlessly clean. All in all, a fantastic stay!!

Nothing. Everything was truly great.

The location was great. Very busy, lots of shopping surrounding the hotel. It’s approx 45 min walk to enter the Eiffel Tower location, with surrounding buildings.

Beautiful and clean hotel in a centrally located area. I was on the third floor so thankfully they have elevators. Close to the metro and my favorite patisserie Aux Désirs de Manon.

Beautiful decoration, helpful staff, amazing location, comfortable beds, great facilities.

The location was excellent, less than a 5 minute walk to the metro. Staff were very welcoming and so friendly.

The hair dryer got hot quickly and would turn off. Had to wait for it to cool down to reuse and then only lasted less than 10 seconds if it was not cooled down enough.
