Staffs were not kind and unfriendly.

It was a good location for food and sightseeing. Good transportation methods.

Too many stairs, specially with luggages.

Its ok disappointing tho staff is good location is good if its for one night only its allright

Cozy and exactly what we needed. Friendly staff that let us leave bags before and after.

Small thing but the hike up the stairs with luggage was a beast. It could also use a better coffee/tea option. Only had a machine down the corridor that was coin operated only. Forced me to go to the Boulanger, so not really that terrible.

We liked the proximity to the metro and to downtown Paris. We also appreciated the knowledge of the receptionists.

Dragging our luggage up for flights of stairs was challenging at the end of a long day.

Room was very new/renovated, very quiet and clean. Beds were very comfortable and pleasant. We were lucky to get a free parking spot right in front of the hotel.

There is no breakfast, it is very tiny in the common areas, difficult to move around. There is no elevator, and I had to climb 4 flights of stairs with luggage, a baby, and a senior. Do not recommend this place for this reason. Very difficult to get in the room. Small hotel, should be more careful with customers.

Place location is great walking distance from train station and markets, staff English is bad , but they will do the best to help you out, big plus if you speak Spanish because they do!

Great location and very close to metro. The room was clean and had everything we needed. They also lend us a hair dryer and charger adapter when we asked for this in reception

The property has no elevator (it is mentioned in its description) and our room was in the last floor. We had a big suitcase and it was hard to carry it, so I do not recommend it if you are travelling with a lot of luggage. Also as the room in the last floor has a tilted roof, we bumped our heads several times with it

The location was great, a cozy, quiet street, delicious bakeries nearby, markets - where you can buy everything, you can walk to the Louvre in 30 minutes, we really liked the staff, especially the guy, I don't remember his name, but he helped us a lot with locations, how to get to Versailles, he explained in detail and printed out each street and stop for us, thanks him for that,I recommend place for everybody.

room for 4 people was little, It would also be nice if there were a hairdryer and iron in the rooms.

The location is convenient to metro and bus stops, very quiet at night, which is great.There is cooking facilities, so it's helpful.And air conditioning.

There is no lift which is not ideal for suitcase and elderly with bad knees. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor, not ideal but manageable. So overall good experience

Liked the location of the hotel.

Upstairs neighbors were too loud, bathroom could be just a bit bigger.

I like the size of the room, it was clean and the bathroom was nice.

There was no elevator, and I really didn't notice it mention in the registration and I would really enhance that. The kettle in the room was filthy and they attempted to clean it. They need to update some things in the room. Maybe have some bottles of water, a few teabags, and some coffee. There should be more supplies in the room.

Nice size room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Was nice having a kitchenette and the option to cook bacon and eggs for breakfast and small meals at night. Kitchen has a small pop-up table we used to eat our meals. Shower was nice and roomy, with good pressure. Was about 30 minutes from all the major highlights of the city, which didn't bother us since we like to eat and get the exercise. A large grocery store, pharmacy, shopping just a few minutes walk up the street. Budget apartment at a great price in Paris!

Could have used a utility knife in the kitchen. We made do with the steak knives to cut tomatoes, onions, peppers, etc. That is really the only inconvenience, which was not a big deal.

Fairly standard European room. Not what you expect from Australia. But was clean and comfortable.
