The location is amazing. Just next to Saint Lazare station, where you can catch a direct line to Orly airport. The room was spacious (for Paris standards) and very clean.
The breakfast is rather basic, but tasty.
Location is perfect! Stuff is very helpful. A variety of products for breakfast is not too wide, but delicious!
The room is small, but it is clear from the description during booking process
Clean, warm room and quiet even though you’re on a busy street next to the train station. Comfy bed too.
Brilliant location with helpful staff.
Breakfast room is very small and the breakfast could have had more on offer.
The younger guy who bought for me a new charger for the phone after it disappeared from the room.
I had a terrible experience with the staff at this hotel, and if I could, I would have given it a zero rating. On my second day of stay, I left my phone charger plugged into the wall socket, and when I returned in the evening, I couldn't find it. I searched everywhere, even though the room was tiny and I only had a small backpack as luggage. It was essential for me to be able to charge my phone, not just for taking photos or navigating the city with Google Maps, or communicating with the family, or buying the transport tickets but also for checking in for my flight back and having my return flight ticket on my phone (no paper tickes are accepted) and the e-tickets for the "airbus" to Beauvois airport, too.I decided to ask at the reception staff.Well, the "gentleman" who had given me my room key just 10 minutes earlier (room n.12) told me impassively, "It's impossible, no one touched anything, no one entered your room, "you had the key of the room", the charger is either in the room or you lost it outside, but no one took it." I can't help you; this is your problem, not the hotel's".I asked him to ask the cleaning lady who cleaned the room, but he refused, saying she had worked there for 20 years.I was desperate and explained several times that I had left the charger in the room and that it now disappeared but he didn't believe me.He looked at me with disarming coldness and kept repeating that it was impossible (how could I invented this story?!) and that it wasn't his problem.I argued for 15 minutes, but he didn't show the slightest empathy for the inconvenience I was experiencing in the hotel. The man was rude and unpolite the entire time and I felt so discouraged by his behavior.
I felt very comfortable during my stay. The staff was very kind and helpful, place felt cosy, clean and lovely. (Breakfast also had options and was delicious!) Location is perfect. Will indeed come back if I have the chance to and recommend it to my friends!
Location right opposite the Saint Lazare metro and train station with many different lines available which makes getting anywhere really easy. We found plenty of good restaurants nearby that were frequented by locals. The hotel and room was very clean and had coffee/tea facilities. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful, with 24hr reception.
The room was a bit small for a couple with 2 suitcases but we made it work as this is not unusual for rooms in Paris.
Nice service, really recommand this hotel for alone bussness travel. Although room is a little small, but all things right. Bed is very comfortble. And the location is in city center,it is very easy to find so many good restaurant near by the hotel!

Rooms,showers too small
The location was amazing. The restaurants around the area were awesome. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and very kind. We really enjoyed our stay.
Very small rooms compared to the US.
The hotel's location was excellent—absolutely a 10/10. It is situated just across the street from the Gare Saint-Lazare, one of the largest train stations in Paris, which provides access to numerous lines. This makes it incredibly convenient for travelers, as bus stops are also nearby. Inside the station, you'll find bakeries, a supermarket, and various shops, adding to the overall convenience. The room was on the smaller side, which is common for many hotels in Paris, but this didn't pose a problem. There was enough space to move around, and storage was made easy with built-in drawers. The breakfast offered was quite similar each day, but it was decent considering the hotel’s affordable price. What stood out the most about this hotel was the staff. Everyone, particularly those at the reception, was genuinely friendly and helpful, which greatly enhanced my experience.
My room is on the roadside, right in front of the station entrance. I was awakened at 3:30 in the morning by very loud shouting that lasted for more than two hours. I couldn't understand why people were arguing on the streets for so long in the middle of cold Paris. However, it was a day after Christmas, which may have contributed to the unusual situation. Other family members whose rooms did not face the station said they didn't hear any loud noise.
Great location (right across the road from the St Lazare station and bus stops); fairly quiet even though the plaza right under my window was loud; good value; friendly staff.
The rooms are small - if you're only staying there for convenience due to the location, like I was, it's fine, but if you're someone that spends more time in the room, then it might be a little too small for personal comfort.
Very good and attentive staff. It was very cold in Paris during our visit, so the room was equipped with an extra heater.Thank you!
Maybe breakfast could be better, but for this price it will do. Staff at breakfast was very helpful too. Merci!
Proximity to transports and the Opera area, cleanliness, friendly staff, affordable price
The walls were very thin so the neighbors’ movements, conversations were very audible.
The hotel is well-positioned... It's close to metro, train station, venues as well as to the company I visited.Staff was helping.Hotel appeared to be well/maintained.
What I did not like:* The room was incredibly small... like 12m2 is too small. (To be fair, this info is available while you book.)* Tiny showering corner, which feels like 50 x 50 cm.* Parking: The hotel does not have own parking. It provides a discount (40%) to a nearby parkinghouse. (Now the fun starts: You learn the ordering website and discount code only at reception. You also find out that website does not work properly (= 1. language switching fails 2. on the mobile it refuses to offer the any parking house) so somehow after 30+min of experimenting you make the order on the laptop. (Otherwise, you face paying like 40 EUR/24 hrs.)* Breakfast: Apart from toasts with marmalade, there was only a baguette, cucumber, pickled cucumber and 2 types of cheese. No eggs, no meats, no sausages, no salami, no nothing. Disappointing even if it would be completely free.* The shiny surfaces in the room deserve better cleaning. Not really convinced I'd like to return.
Staff was amazing, clean hotel, very centrical.
Room was a little hot, AC not working not enough flow of fresh air
Delivered what it promised. Very clean, well-lit. Small but well-equipped and comfy double room.
Very small breakfast room in basement. But of a squeeze when busy.
